Called Lunt Fri mid day… nice polite csp i talked with took my info and passed it to Mark whom called me within an hour or so and said he’d «swing by in a bit».
I had already explained the problem so he said he’d be over… cool! wrong! 25 min later he calls to say he doesn’t feel like crawling around and I should call a plumber (mind you it’s a copper condenser line) not a leaking faucet. Don’t waste your time with this co. I should have Unilocaled them 1^st.

With an older building here in Mendocino Avenue, it seems like every summer there is a cooling problem and every winter a heating issue. It’s probably time to replace the equipment on our roof, but it will be expensive …

Met Mark and Sam at the spring home and garden show in Santa Rosa. Had them come out and give me a quote. They didn’t present as sales people but as folks that really wanted to make it right for us. They were informative, discussed options, what would work best and what would suffice. We didn’t make a decision right away and I’m glad we didn’t. We actually had them replace not only our heater but also our A/​C. Mark was great about providing options. I didn’t want to pay much for an A/​C given that we don’t use it very often but wanted something that would work well.
Both he and Sam did an awesome job in installation, all in one day. I would highly recommend Lundt. No fuss, no drama and very competative pricing. Totally trust them. Wish the did electrical and plumbing as well. I’d hire them in a heart beat.

Been using Lunt for the last 20 yrs for most of our Heating /​AC needs (my Father in Law, who was a contractor used him whenever he needed Heat/​AC work). Very knowledgeable. My wife once called another company to try and fix our AC unit, they were clueless and couldn’t find the problem. Mark came out and instantly figured out what was wrong. Mark has put in our AC unit, and completed necessary repairs over the 15 yrs since it’s installation… okay, he’s only come out a couple of times. I’ve learned my lesson though and won’t use anyone else. Recently, after initial contact; he was at our house in an hour and the problem was fixed soon after. Awesome!

We had the best experience with Lunt Heating & Air and I would highly refer them. The were very knowledgeable and made it easy for me to understand. Some other companies weren’t even looking at the intake return (which was way too small) or the air vents to see what size ducts we had (again too small) Lunt changed all the ducts and the intake return and got the permits, did the testing. I would highly recommend them.

Mark Lunt is a highly professional individual. In my case the blower engine in the heater/​AC unit had come off its mounts. If he could have welded it back on that would have been the most economical. But the proposal involved replacing the entire motor (which was quite expensive), so I figured I’d try bringing the squirrel cage to an auto shop (where they have welding tools) to reattach the broken mount and reinforce the others. The problem was in hooking everything back up. I thought I took good notes on all the hookups, but it still didn’t work. So Mark came out again and helped us untrip a switch to get the furnace working again.

Great job. My gas furnace broke. Called the office, workman in the field called back in 20 minutes, got here an hour later. He fixed it for a reasonable fee, and explained what the problem was. He was very open and honest and shared lots of information. (p.s. don’t close your registers or your heater will overheat.)
