I would highly recommend Andrew Siegel at Magnolia/​Best Buy in Santa Rosa. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He’s a know-​it-​all in a VERY good way. He doesn’t make you feel stupid answering basic questions. He took a lot of time explaining all about 4K TVs, the differences among them and helped me select the best one for my needs.

I have used Magnolia in Santa Rosa for two different installs, and was helped by Andrew Siegel both times. The first time was for an AV installation in our living room. The primary desire was outstanding sound quality. Andrew was very involved from start to finish, and helped me with the selection of a particular SCAD/​CD/​Blueray disc player that I had been unaware of. He came out twice to help, and the end result was fantastic. The second install was for a system in our cabana, with inwall surround speakers and a great install of a good quality LCD tv. He again was polite, thorough and really knowledgable. Ask for him, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing! I had been looking for two years at all the high end music stores to find a system that would satisfy my ear as well as my décor with no luck and often felt put down by the owners for not having all the right «language» and encyclopedic knowledge that apparently serves as a passkey. Finally stopped at Best Buy just to see. When I told them what my needs were, Andrew gave me his full attention, showed me a wonderful system, did not try to sell me on something I really didn’t need, even allowed me to try one set to see if it would do, and helped me upgrade to add what would work perfectly. He was always patient, visited my home several times to assess and help set up the system, and returned to help me choose the upgrade as well as enduring several panicked phone calls when I couldn’t figure out something. I tried to «economize» and it didn’t work; I ended up with exactly what he had recommended in the first place. You can trust his judgment; he will not oversell. If you get a higher end system, by all means use their guys to get it set up properly, worth every penny (James was great). All done with friendly professionalism and terrific equipment. I feel like I am at the symphony or opera in my own living room.

I would have to say that the customer service was immaculate. Being young I would except much for customer service but I was treated with professionalism as soon as I walked in. After purchasing my receiver that I’m very pleased with, I received a hand written letter thanking me for my business. That never happens theses days. So I wanted to take the time and write this out and also thank Jerick C. Hopefully he will see this. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

WE LOVE JERICK Cordill! He was low-​key, professional, speedy, and helpful. We had specific needs, had done some research and had a particular budget — he exceeded our expectations.. We were overwhelmed by the directions re: use and hook-​up, and He even provided us with a in home trouble shooting visit. I admit, I was skeptical of purchasing audio equipment from a big box store. Our Magnolia experience was 100% opposite from shopping at Best Buy. I’m so glad we snaked our way past all the blaring lights and music and electronics to get to Jerick (and Magnolia) a very pleasant surprise

I researched 4K TVs and decided to get what I wanted at BestBuy where they have a Magnolia center in-​house. Andrew Siegel, the sales person, was friendly and very helpful. I can’t say anything about their overall audio/​video design and consulting services because I didn’t use them for that but the purchase was smooth and Andrew was efficient and courteous. Years ago, the sales people at BestBuy were on commission and I did not like the experience there. It seems they have changed, not sure exactly when, but it’s a no pressure environment although the knowledge of the staff is sort of hit and miss. In this case, Andrew was great for what I wanted.

Thomas Ford was extremely knowledgable about the various products we were interested in. He answered all of our questions until we were confident which product was right for us. He provided us with exceptional customer service. We will definitely return for all of our future electronics needs! Thanks Thomas, see you soon!

I hired Magnolia to install a projector and two rear surround speakers in my ceiling. They also were to install wiring for a center channel and two front speakers on either side of my fireplace. The reps are friendly, the products are good, but Home Theatre Specialists they are not. Terrible job of project management. The electrician they recommended for the project was friendly as well but did a very poor job on the project. The work finally was completed but only after numerous calls and visits to the store to get the «issues» worked out.
