Mobile Perks was visiting our office in Santa Rosa for a time. The coffee was always fine, some of the food offerings were on the pricey side for what you got but it was convenient to not have to leave the office to get breakfast.
The low rating is due to their inconsistency. They would often show up at random times (one day it would be 10am the next it was at 11:45am, the next 9:30am). Some days they would not show up at all. Eventually my co-workers and I decided it was just easier and faster to run down the street to Starbucks rather than waiting around only to have them not show up. The concept is very good, just executed poorly.
