Nordic is the only repair service I will call in the future! We had a bad experience with another company for our refrigerator which dragged on for three months. Nordic in one visit communicated with the factory and ordered the parts needed. Within a week of receiving the parts the repair was complete. I will call Nordic for all future repairs of all our appliances!

Our Samsung dishwasher needed service. Marc showed up the day we called and fixed it. And this is two days before Thanksgiving! He also services most other appliance brands. He was very professional, thorough and friendly.

I am sorry to say that this company ended up being the worst customer service I had ever delt with. The receptionist was very rude and very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company to a sole.

I called them this morning to repair our Samsung refrigerator and Marc was here pronto. Very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Had the parts needed in the van and completed repairs on first visit.
I would not hesitate a nanosecond to recommend this company.

If you need an appliance serviced and you want prompt, courteous and thorough attention to your machine then Nordic is the place to call first.
We were referred to Nordic through Frigidaire for a dishwasher repair. Unfortunately our dishwasher was a lemon so we had to have it serviced 3 times until the manufacture would take it back. Marc came out each time and was very clean, pleasant, and thorough during each visit. Our inquisitive toddler loved watching him work and he was very patient with her and even engaged her and the toys she’d being over to him for «show & tell».

Petaluma, CA
Nordic was the only listing in the area for Samsung Washer repair. They only come to Petaluma once per week, but were pretty flexible regarding when they could make it out. Just charged me the minimum cost for what turned to be a simple repair ($ 75).
