Friendly employees, asked multiple times if I needed help but never annoying. Great prices, and wonderful variety of sizes. Was able to find something for the whole family and not break the bank. I enjoyed that they didn’t have music music blaring loudly like some stores.

A good store! Never crowded. Kind of cramped and dark. Has decent clearance. Last night bought 5 new pairs of shoes for $ 30. … Yes 5 pair! I love that about Old Navy. Their clearance is always amazing. Unlike Target who only goes as low as 70%, Old Navy will go to almost zero. One 5 separate occasions I have found a pair of pants for under a dollar. Shoes for $ 3, shirts for $ 2 and dresses for $ 4. I LOVE that I can find quality clothes for excellent prices even non clearance prices.

Not bad and way less smelly than that cosmetics place next door. It’s a standard stand-alone Old Navy store with helpful people and clothes stashed in categorized sections. It’s not all that large so you don’t really run the risk of losing anyone in there.

This place is a hidden gem for me. I was lucky to find really great deals. I’ve been looking for a pair of cargo pants for a very long time and I found them here and I bought them for 19.50! which was unbelievable since I thought it was 29.50. Lucky me, I found them during the memorial day weekend sale. Shirts and t-shirts galore here. A long sleeve shirt for $ 4.50?! Score! A tee for $ 3? Score!

I don’t normally write reviews for chain stores like Old Navy, but I had such an awesome experience there this morning! Over the past two weeks I have purchased a number of item in preparation for my vacation at Old Navy: tank tops, flip flops, a couple dresses, etc. This morning I open my e-mail to discover that most of what I bought was on sale this weekend, and I leave for my vacation tomorrow! I come in armed with receipts, a pair of flip flops that I bought(I wanted a different color), and a dress(changed my mind)…and got instantly distracted by some skirts. I took a small and medium to the dressing room, only to discover they were both too big. The woman in the dressing room kindly offered to bring me an extra-small. While I was waiting for her to return, not one but THREE employees came into the fitting room and each one greeted me and asked if they could help(they came in one at a time, not all at the same time, I hope that made sense). So I went to the register armed with the following: 1 skirt to buy 1 pair of flip flops to exchange 1 dress to return 1 receipt with price adjustments for 3 items I was prepared for a super annoyed cashier, but she could not have been sweeter! She said«Oh, no problem!» and took care of the whole transaction in minutes. It could not have been easier! As I said, I don’t normally write reviews for chain stores(much less positive reviews) but today they made me feel like I was their only customer at Old Navy, and I can assure you I was not! Great experience.

i enjoyed shopping there, good customer service, and i like the fact when they hold huge sales, the staff is still in a good mood, and they ussually have great deals, which you cant pass up. i like the enviroment, the clothes quality isnt the best, but it is durable.

Old Navy is a good store if you’re looking for basic, inexpensive clothes. I go here for cute t-shirts and to stock up on tank tops for summer. I DONOT go to Old Navy if I am looking for anything to fit me below the waist. Their pants fit on very rare occasions. I must not have the body type of the woman they make clothes for and this is disappointing considering how cute some of the pants are. I have found the customer service to be limited to the dressing room attendant and the cashier. Also, this particular store always stirs up my allergies — unlike any other store in the mall(except for the ones with perfumes). I can’t describe it — but I always leave with a dry throat, a fit of coughs, and itchy eyes. Even when I walk by I smell the store’s smell and it is irritating. I don’t know what it is but I wish they’d get rid of it! All in all, they have good deals(if you take their online survey within 3 days of your visit, you get 10% off the total of your next purchase) and a wide selection of casual clothes that keep me coming back.

Out of the two in town, this one is my favorite, the sales racks, although you really have to shuffle to find what you are looking for, are awesome. I have more pairs of old navy jeans that I got for $ 4.98 and tank tops that I got for $ 1.98 then I think I can shake a stick at. but rather than spending $ 20+ bucks on something I’m going to trash in a few wears at work.

old navy is old navy is old navy. i’ve always found them to be incredibly cluttered and messy. the sale racks look like the Tasmanian devil was the last to look through them. the front check out always looks like someone exploded another old navy store on top of them. i always see the help running around like they’re doing stuff but I never actually see them doing stuff… except offering me an old navy card… which, no thank you. I do always find decent tank tops for the summer months for cheap.
