Parker Performance and Repair

This guy is not ASE certified according to a nearby mechanic who receives many customers who are dissastisfied with Parker’s work. I went to fix an idling problem. He never fixed it but did nevertheless bill me in full for new parts which did not correct the problem. Finally at a different garage the problem was fixed.

Oh boy were we fortunate to find Parker and his repair shop! Our 2001 Toyota Corolla was on the fritz, and we were desperate to find a good, honest, and affordable mechanic– and we lucked out! Parker is extremely knowledgable and took us through every step with his diagnostics and repairs. (He even offered us a ride home, and although we chose to wait, I wouldn’t have minded a ride in his awesome truck!) My husband had to teach that afternoon at Sonoma State University, and we were sure he would have to cancel class, but Parker was so incredibly fast! We got out of there in no time with the car purring like it should, and my husband was able to make it to class in time! Parker went out of his way to find us the most affordable and reliable option for our ailing vehicle. We could not have been more pleased with the service, and will definitely be back the next time our car acts up. We also met Gasket, the resident black lab, who is perfectly camouflaged on the black leather reclining* couches. Thank you Parker for saving us in more ways than one!

Parker seems knowledgable and very helpful. The $ 20 oil change is a sweet deal. I plan on returning if I need further assistance on my vehicle!

These guys are the best! I showed up there yesterday with huge problems with my vehicle and in a rush to get it fixed so I could continue my cross-​country trip. They understood my time constraints and put several mechanics on the job so I could get moving. They’re nice, efficient and supper knowledgeable. I’d encourage everyone to use them.

I have never been more pleased with a service shop. I took my car to Parker after being referred by a friend, and all the work he’s done on my car probably would’ve cost me ten times more anywhere else. He has also ferried me back and forth from my job and home several times in order to save me long hours of sitting in the (very comfortable) waiting room. As long as I live in the area, I will never take my car to another mechanic.

been in the automotive business for last sixteen years and I know how hard it is to please these customers. the customer service was amazing I was a person not a car owner, Parker is very smart and awsome to work with. he found more things wrong with my car than I went in for but was never pressured to do the extra work, it was handled very professionally and educated. overall very satisfied with the work and the professionalism. I would recommend anyone with a problem big or small to go here with great confidence.

Very friendly customer service, low prices but high service and skills! Paid for towing if work gets done at their shop, wow! Keep up the good work, I already handed out three of your business cards the same day I got service done.
