If your wine tasting in the Sonoma area stop by Pendleton in Montgomery Village off of hwy 12. Friendly knowledgeable staff, wide selection of traditional wool blankets, classic men’s wool shirts and a mix of trendy basics women’s wear. We were very pleased with our service and their selection. a great way to spend the afternoon shopping and eating.

I will NEVER return to this store, even though I really like their merchandise. The staff is rude and condescending. I bought several items of clothing and later went to return a pair of navy pants. The lady did not want to accept the return, because according to her I had worn the pants, which was NOT the case.

We shopped here at Christmas. Bad move. The musical snow globes and plaid plates that we bought were flawed. The plates were scratched in the middle-one set was actually missing a plate, and the music had a hitch in it. Avoid.

I guess paperwork is the priority at this store? No acknowledgement whatsoever from the two women at the register despite my being the only person in the store about 5 pm two weeks before Christmas. Sorry to bother you ladies. By the way, I was professioanlly dressed and said hello to them as I walked by. Took my $ 500 to Nordstrom in SF where the service was great – they know how to make eye contact and help you despite being busy! What a concept!

Quite a nice store with very friendly help. Hubby and I were walking around Montgomery Village looking for a present for my mom. We walk by the window of Pendleton and there were cookies and juice for the taking in the window, so no question we had to go in and get some. While we were in there we noticed that the clothes were quite nice and so was the salesperson. We picked up a lovely jacket off of the Clearance Rack for Mom. They offer a no hassle return policy and put it into a fancy box with smart bow. Great place to find something special for that hard to shop for person.
