I have been ordering from here for years. Usually it is pretty amazing. Always friendly service, and usually quick delivery. They have had a few mishaps over the years but, lately seems more of a miss than a hit. This was the worst order ever from them. The new bacon stuffed crust was not only minus hardly any bacon, it was minus hardly any cheese. The pizza itself was so dry and no cheese made it taste like cardboard. The cheese bread was so overly salty from butter, and spices and had barely any cheese. The cheese pizza had a few pieces that were half crust.
The last order they messed up on the half and half pizza’s. Put some toppings on most of the pizza. Order before they put on whole pizza or forgot toppings. A few times, in the past they have forgotten things, so we started picking it up. I didn’t pick this order up or i would have refused it. I did a corporate survey, and got 10 off next order. Really disappointed that this place has gone down so bad. I love choosing the crusts, and drizzle, and half pizza online. Even though they don’t do a lot of the promo’s at this location, it was always pretty great. Would have given 5 stars before the last couple orders.

This santa rosa pizza hut never disappoints. They are always friendly and give my pizza with a smile. They have good prices compared to other pizza places. Good coupons to ask for in the store is the $ 13 any large pizza (additional $ 2 for stuff crust) and then the $ 7.99 medium pizzas (when you buy two). This place will honor those specials if you ask for it. Don’t get mad if they don’t give it to you if you don’t ask for it because they are just doing their job. Best pizza ever!!!

Worst delivery service! 2 hours for one pizza! Order from a different pizza place!!!

A+ for the staff’s kind response to our bad experience. They were courteous and made an awkward situation better. Genuinely, we appreciated their help.
Unfortunately the pizza was terrible — there was hardly any cheese and the sauce tasted like ketchup. My boyfriend, who will normally eat anything, didn’t finish his slice because it tasted so bad. Delivery was late and the pizza was cold. I tried to feed some of the meat toppings to the stray cats in the neighborhood, who normally eat anything we offer, and they all sniffed it and left.
I wish the customer service was enough to make this place worthwhile, but the pizza really needs to improve. We refused store credit as a refund because we won’t be going back.

Pizza is difficult to eat when there is a dog roaming around the restaurant. The pictures I took are of it sitting on the bench where customers sit to wait for their pizza. The one shows the employee clearly standing at the register while the dog sat on the bench with its owners right in front of him. When I confronted the cashier he acted clueless. Been eating Pizza Hut for 20 or more years and it’s clear the west coast ones don’t taste the same. I’ve been to restaurants in Arizona, California, Utah and Nevada.

I use the stony point pizza hut for delivery often. I have never had a problem. I order online and they always follow the written directions I give. They are always fast and very Friendly. I like the online ordering. Very fast and efficient

We ordered a pizza for delivery late nite delivery. Our credit card was charged. We expected that our food would be delivered. Instead, without our knowledge, the credit card transaction was reversed and we waited an hour and a half without realizing no food was coming. Instead we all went hungry because at that point it was too late for other plans. What kind of business does this?

Last time I ordered from this place, I had to call as two hours had passed since ordering. I was told the pizza would be there soon as he was dispatched 45 minutes prior to me calling. Kid showed up so high I surprised he didn’t eat my pizza on the way… I’m giving it one more chance today and I’ve ordered an hour ago still no call. My wife won’t let me drive there because to put it blatantly, I’m a fucking asshole. And she’s scared I’ll lose it. I’ll keep yaall updated as to when it actually arrives

just ordered delivery of pizza at PizzaHutvin Santa Rosa on Stony Point and may I point out they absolutely SUCK the pizza I ordered was so bad and lacked flavor of taste very disappointed I contacted the store manager who was so unconcered and insensitive they will never earn my pizza business again and I love my veggies pizza but no more pizza hut for this conisour of pizza, I will buy from mountain mike pizza which is expensive but Damn worth it. you have been warned about pizza hut. don’t buy here unless you enjoy tasteless ultra paper thin bad cardboard greesy pizza thats exactly the bad product this Pizza Hut on stony point road makes and let us never forget my experience here is authentic and real and if my experience with this tasteless grezzy nasty over priced pizza is bad you can be assured you will have the exact same bad experience and utter disipointment like I had so heed this warning and dont have my experience and AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT BECAUSE THEY MAKE BAD PIZZA AND THEY ARE VERY BAD IN MAKING THEIR CUSTOMRS HAPPY IN FACT THE FEMALE MANAGER HERE AT THIS PIZZA HUT WAS SO INCOMPETENT SHE IS UNCONCERNED AND COULD CARE LESS IF MYN PIZZA EXPERIENCE WAS SHITTY THEY NEED TO FIRE THIS BITCH OR THEY WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE BIG TIME MONEY FROM PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO EAT PIZZA RELIGEOUSLY, GOOD RIDENCE PIZZA HUT STONY PPOINT

We got our pizza delivered, so I cannot comment on the restaurant facility. But what I can tell you is we ordered 15 pizzas to be delivered for my daughter’s 5^th birthday party and they did an awesome job. They even delivered to us although we were outside their delivery area! Our pizza was on time, hot and yummy. The staff was very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make this one less thing for us to worry about. We would definitely do this again!

IT IS STILL OPEN. they cut it in half. Its no longer an eat in pizzeria.

Not very happy! I placed an order online, after I confirmed it, it said it would be ready two hours from the time I ordered it, which made it 9 pm. That seemed like a way too long of a wait so I called them and a girl answered, I told her that I just put in an online order and if I could cancel it. She said yes but then I asked is it going to refund the money back to my card, then she got rude and said it already went through and there wasn’t a way to do that. So I asked to talk to a manager and he immediately asked if I was refunding because of the time, I said yes, he asked me what time did it give me, I said 9, it was 7:15 at this point and he said of no way, it’ll be there by 8:30, so I said I guess that’s better and kept my order. 9:15 roles around and still no pizza… I called them and was put on hold, sat there for 10 minutes, then hung up and called back, was put on hold again. 5 minutes later the manager picks up and I asked him to check on the order, he said it should be there any minute. I got it at 9:32. It’s cold and tastes like its been sitting out for an hour. I’m definitely not happy about it and I’m not one who likes to complain. I like to think you can’t go wrong with pizza but this just proved me wrong. It sucks because they’re the only place that has pork topping for their pizza but I’ll go with something else if it means good pizza and good service.
One good thing is that its cheap.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS because it’s probably GONE. Despite the listing on the Pizza Hut website, there is nothing at 140 Stony Point Road but an empty store. There are Pizza Hut signs there, but they are celebrating a completely empty space. I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut since around 1968 (for good reasons). But I finally succumbed to the barrage of commercials hyping their flatbread pizza. The location wasn’t all that far, so I drove over. Nobody home and no sign that anything had ever in that space.
Perhaps I’m wrong. TELL ME. Or perhaps it’s a stealth pizzeria. The area seems to be some kind one one-​story office complex, so it was not completely clear from my parked car where this shop is supposed to be if not within the immediate vicinity of the two Pizza Hut signs. It didn’t seem worth the trouble to go on an exploratory hike as my desire for a Pizza Hut product was marginal to begin with.
But judging from these other reviews, I was spared a very nasty night.

If I could rate at zero I would! I went to Pizza Hut tonight and it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life!
I made the order online so it would be ready when I got there… not so much, I had to wait 10 minutes longer when I got there because apparently no one knew what they were doing, that’s what I got at least from a female Jabba the Hut behind the counter…
Granted the two guys she was reprimanding seemed like smart a$$ slackers but you should never yell at employees in front of other employees let alone customers!
I wanted to ask the boy what her name was but I as a CUSTOMER was too afraid to incur her wrath. But it’s okay, he was too busy trash-​talking her to me and the other customers.
The food was as greasy as always.

WORST PIZZA in my LIFE! Ate it there, and the thin crust was like very thin AkMak Crackers — the toppings were sparse (except for the pork sausage, that was most of what was on it) — I had ordered the Supreme supreme, extra supreme, whatev… Might have well have ordered a bag of Lumpy Salted Ex-​Lax… If you’re ever constipated, this is the place to go get totally CLEANED OUT! GROSSEST PIZZA of my LIFE — I wouldn’t even give the leftovers to homeless people!

Not bad. This used to be my favorite pizza, but has quickly been eclipsed by some much better local options. I like that they are fairly quick and consistent.

Good thing I only ordered the $ 10 special (any size, any toppings) take out only. I had ordered a large pizza with ham, pineapple, olive, onion, and pepperoni. When we got the pizza home, it didn’t even have any ham! I guess that’s what you get for the «special» they air on the commercials.
The pizza was very bread-​y. The crust is thick, but at least it wasn’t greasy!

This place is as bad as it gets for pizza. Every time I’ve ever ordered a pizza here it’s always been terrible. You are a lot better off going anywhere for pizza than here, even a tombstone pizza is better. In fact I’ll go so far to say, I’d rather spend over $ 20 on one pizza from Round Table than here.
Just as recent as this past Sunday, Feb 20^th I made the sad mistake of ordering food here. I placed an order online for delivery and after an hour of no one showing up, I call the store and was told that the order was set for carry out. I told the person it was a mistake and that it was to be delivered but instead of trying to take care of the customer, the employee argued with me and said I was wrong. Really? Well if I’m ordering a pizza for carry out, why the hell would it ask for my home address? And why once the order was placed, did the web site show an approximate departure time from the restaurant being 20 mins if it were for carry out? I was told that it could still be delivered but it would be another 2 hours, I told them to forget it. What ever happened to the Customer is always right?
Is there pizza prices cheaper that Round Table? Yes however you get what you pay for, SHITTY PIZZA! As I stated above 9 out of 10 times your order gets messed up or they burn it to hell and back! I used to make fun of Dominos for having tasteless card board pizza, well congratulations Pizza Hut, that honor now goes to you.

I really expected more from Pizza Hut for the $ 29 I threw away on an order. The night I moved to Santa Rosa from the East Bay area, I was hungry, tired, and not wanting to venture out into the rain to find some grub. I live in south Santa Rosa, a place that 99% of the local pizzerias don’t deliver to (weird!). Lucky me, Pizza Hut said they DO deliver to my area and so I immediately placed an order for a stuffed crust pizza with two toppings, a side salad, and a bottle of soda. That order came to $ 29!!! (I asked about available specials and was told there weren’t any) The guy taking my order made the whole experience worse when he just could not understand my first name, even after I kept repeating and spelling it out to him. He suggested about 10 variations of my name and eventually got it right (I think). During this time my stomach was grumbling and becoming angrier and angrier. The delivery guy was really nice, however, making it a point to find my unit so that I wouldn’t have to go out into the rain to find him. The second star of my review goes to him.
The pizza was the most undercooked I have ever eaten from Pizza Hut. The salad was incredibly tiny and not worth even half of whatever amount I was charged for it. The shining moment of my first meal in Santa Rosa was my Pepsi.
Next time I want pizza, I’ll definitely drive to a better pizzeria seeing no one will deliver to my area.
