I love primp, I’ve been recommending so many people to Karen Olsen for eyebrows and facials because she is amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable, and relaxed, for a great price! I’ve been a client for a couple of months now, before her my eyebrows were a mess and she’s fixed them so much. I’m always satisfied with her work and I highly recommend her.

I just want to start off saying Denise DeCrona is amazing, she’s so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and let’s just say it was a great first experience! I didn’t really know what to expect, but she is so gentle that I fell asleep! Highly recommend and I will definitely be going back, thank you so much Denise they look amazing!

I love Primp! I see Kaiti for my brows, and she does a fantastic job — a true professional! I never thought getting my brows waxed could be a relaxing experience, however she has proved me otherwise. Kaiti is so precise, gentle, and takes her time, therefore they always come out beautiful. I hardly have to fill in my brows anymore, which is awesome, because it saves me so much time getting ready and is THAT much easier in the morning. Plus, Kaiti has shaped and tinted them in a way where they not only look identical now, but they grow in much better than they used to. I never thought I would ever love my eyebrows again, but I definitely do and I feel so much more confident. Thank you Kaiti!
The studio is very clean, relaxing, and has super cute and modern interior. The location itself is very hip, and is located in Railroad Square. There’s also a parking lot in the back which is super convenient, too. Primp also offers facials, makeup services, and lash extensions. I’m obsessed. Check them out!

Everytime I leave Primp Studio I feel like a million bucks. Sara has such amazing & rejuvenating energy that encourages you to slow down and enjoy a little «me» time. Since I’ve been going to Sara, I won’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She’s a real pro, I highly recommend. Studio is stylish, clean & relaxing. Lash extensions and facials are top notch too.

The location is super cute, modern and gives a very chill laid back vibe. She goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and trust me if I can fall asleep during the process she’s doing something right ;)
Rachael herself is a super chill, down to earth, funny person. Girl can crack some jokes! She makes sure you’re satisfied with her work and if you’re not she’ll correct it until you’re happy, that’s some great customer service in my eyes. She’s also a great makeup artist! She worked for MAC Cosmetics for many years and I remember going up to the counter and getting my makeup done by her. She’s very talented all around.
I would 100% recommend going to Primp and getting your lashes or makeup done by Rachael, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been seeing Sara for years for eyelash extensions, facials and waxing. Sara is amazing at everything she does, not just because of her technique and experience (both absolute top notch) but also because she creates a relaxing experience every time, no matter the treatment. I always say that going to see her is like going to my own private oasis.
Sara recently moved to Primp and the shop itself is fantastic. Great location, chill vibe and overall great feel. Words will never do the experience justice so I highly recommend coming in to see for yourself. Start with a deluxe facial… You’ll leave all aglow and happy… Then you’ll be hooked!

I literally had the best facial ever yesterday. This is a state of the art professional skin studio. I had my brows done too. Kaiti was excellent. This is a rather new business at this location, which I like as I get my hair done in that building as well.
