I ordered a turkey sub and told them what I wanted on the sandwich. Without asking me(and after I had paid), they dumped hot sauce all over the sandwich and told me it was part of their turkey sandwich. I told them I couldn’t eat that and asked them to make a new one. They refused to. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy who was mopping the floor came out and also refused to make a new sandwich. I was upset about their lying so called the location instead. Again, I got the floor mopper and the same story. I don’t believe he was the manager. I was so upset about this I wrote a letter to corporate offices in Denver. I don’t care about the $ 6, it was the complete disregard to customer service that got me. Corporate sent me an apology and coupons(which I won’t use). Kudos to corporate for handling it correctly. Shame on this facility for your poor customer service and arrogance. I will never set foot in this facility again.

This place is your typical food chain deli, nothing more nothing less. You get exactly what you pay for. My husband and I came here for lunch with our 2 year old son, the sandwiches were decent but the person taking our order was obviously distracted by something. I can’t count the # of times he asked me the same question, «what kind of bread was that again», «you said everything on it was ok right?» it literally took us 10 minutes to order the sandwiches! And all you mothers know 10 minutes in line w/a 2 year old can be a challenge. I don’t mind coming here but I think I’ll stick to the local mom & pop deli shops, the price may be a little more but the food quality and customer service just can’t be beat.

The food at a Quizno’s Sub restaurant is good! They make delicious sandwiches. With this in mind, I am only going to post a quick review of the customer service at this particular location. The customer service is very subpar. I’ve been to this shop 4 times, as this is the closest one to me during the day, and I have never had a sandwich made to my order. They add cheese when I never asked for it. They ask me what I want to order, promptly turn around and walk in the back as soon as I open my mouth and start talking. They don’t listen, to customer orders. They assume what sandwich you want. I’ve had better service at a McDonalds in Puerto Rico. That sad, If the owner reads this please understand I have made an attempt to call and complain. There is no restaurant telephone on any of the menus or the store itself to call for complaints. There is not«Suggestion box» in the store for customer complaints or comments and when calling the corporate line, I have found no help when they press«8» for customer comments, and then promptly take me to a voice message that says to go online and post a comment. I have tried to call store management before posting this online. But I’m not going to play a treasure hunt game to complain.
