Wow — Great Service at an affordable price — Jason replaced one of our computers at our facility, and created a wi-​fi connection at a another location. Lightning fast speed and helped set up the new software. There was a few glitches along the way as there is in any new set-​up that has been running for 20 yrs and your going to up-​date. The amazing thing is that he was there from start to finish. He did not just drop the PC off and leave. GREAT customer service. I would recommend Jason and his service to any of my friends. Thanks Jason

I called Reach a Tech to fix my brand new HP desk top in a panic! Jason came out to Sonoma right away and it turns out he came highly recommended by a close friend who had already used him. He is brilliant with any computer problem you my have… And I mean anything! He is polite and takes the time to show you what he’s doing so your not just paying for a blind fix… He even sat my son down and showed him how to install a few programs:) he’s a keeper!

I was at Infineon Raceway and noticed Jason’s billboard signage on his vehicle. I had just dropped my cell phone minutes before my track time. I asked him for a quote to fix my screen as it cracked on the asphalt. He quoted me a decent price. So I left him my phone, and in a few days he contacted me for pickup. Screen is brand new, and everything works great! Jason has the best customer service. Best of all, the office and parking lot was very easy to find. I would recommend anyone needing their pc/​mac/​tablet/​phone to get fixed here. Thanks again Jason! See ya at the track!
