Rite Aid

New crew. The new assistant store manager «A very loud BIG BLONDE WOMAN» you should tone it down. It’s unprofessional to hear your LOUD voice echoing through the store. VERY GETTO! I guess she got her job by being LOUD AND BOSSY? your customer service just went down the tubes.

Everyone here is super nice ! The store isn’t big but they carry everything you need. I get all of my over the counter medication here. They always have the best deals where you can get things for half off. The taller, thin man who I think is the manager there was super informative and took his time answering my questions on Sunday about the pharmacy hours and other questions. He was patient and spoke to my kids and answered their silly questions about everything. The brown haired thinner lady always end up checking us out and she is the friendliest. The young dark hair kid is very nice too. I go here just for the outstanding service we get every time. Also they actually have delicious ice cream! Love this place…

Had almost everything we needed minus bread, boo. However, it was nicely arranged and kept up. The employees were friendly. If in the area again I’d return. It was a decent Rite Aid.

I like that it’s down the street as for the parking it feels cramped and it’s a inconvenience when exiting on to the road. Store is also a little cramped but service is stellar and items are always well stocked.

Was a good visit. Extra staff called up to make the line go away was happy to see due to only having one item.

Talk about night and day. My experience over the last two years at Target Pharmacy had been awful. I finally decided to move my prescriptions to RiteAid. So glad I did!
They are generally much more on top of it– especially Stephen (the pharmacist.) Great customer service and I usually find everything I’m looking for.
Only thing is it can be brutal to get out of the parking lot and onto Sebastopol road– especially during peak commute hours.

Normally, I wouldn’t write a review of a Rite Aid because, well, it’s a Rite Aid. But I have to commend the pharmacist at this location, Stephen, who is insanely great. He is kind, patient, excellent at his job and very friendly. He is also very fast at figuring out insurance issues. If you are tired of dealing with surly incompetence at other pharmacies (I know I was), you must come here!
Plus, he has a fantastic South African accent :)
