Me and my husband visited this store recently because he needed a pair of shoes for work. There must have been at least 3 – 5 employees in the store and maybe 2 – 3 customers. My husband stood looking for shoes for almost 15 minutes and no one offered to help him. His lower back has been hurting and he struggled to put on a pair of shoes. All of the employees were not doing anything important and acted like they didn’t want you around. My husband found two pairs of shoes he liked, then he put them down, and walked to the door. An employee managed to smile at us as we left the store. As we left, my husband said, «I was going to buy two pairs of shoes, but since everybody in the store ignored me, time to say bye-bye.» We walked out of the store without buying anything and will not return. Skecher’s outlet store-what a joke-and they wonder why online is killing brick and mortar. My husband is of Indian descent and he went home and started shopping for shoes from Saks. LOL as if he needed to save money-he just wears Skecher’s as work shoes because they are comfortable.

The prices are really great and the service is pretty much self serve. The styles of shoes, much to my surprise, was well sorted. They had active, casual, work, kids shoes and everything in between. I really didn’t think Sketchers had this many styles of shoes. I purchased a pair of shoes and received the second pair at half off! What a value :) The store also has a very large selection of clearance merchandise that is being sold at up to 70% off regular price. The store is well organized and well kept/clean. My recommendation is to stop by and see what they have to offer, its not a Santa Rosa Shoes where the level of service is through the roof, but the service I received was not all that bad, ill be back to shop for some other shoes at a great price.

Okay so, I went to this store because I got a coupon in the mail and my husband needed work shoes. We walked in and a young lady was cleaning. We asked her what shoes she could recommend for people who stand all day while working. She said memory foam and kept cleaning. We asked if she could tell us where in the store the memory foam shoes were located. She pointed:) there was a black lady who appeared to be the manager??? Talking to a young lady about her personal life and how she feels a lot of stress from work and that her husband said, «you sell shoes, take it easy, it’s not that stressful». So, I saw several people come in and a young boy asked the«manager» lady about shoes and her reply was, «I don’t know try them on». This store should fire the employees and operate like a Redbox. If it was possible they could save $$ by not paying the people who are not helpful. If you know what you want then go ahead. If you want service, have questions or expect customer service I would recommend you not go:)
