The Best Day Spa

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. April was amazing and so very nurturing. The interior ambience was very nice despite being in a small strip center. Highly recommended!

Love tou but some of the other therapists I’ve tried weren’t so good. When you find one you like stick with them. Availability can be tough so book in advance if you can. Rooms are cozy and relaxing. Love Ashiatsu from Tou as well as deep tissue. Love the hot towels and hot stones she uses and the aromatherapy!

Booked during a visit to Sonoma. About 35 minute or so drive, but totally worth it. Easy online booking and appointment reminders/​confirmations received through email, text and phone call. Very efficient! Had a 75 minute couples massage and it did not disappoint. Therapists were very attentive to requested pressure and problem areas. I will definitely return when I’m in town again!

I have returned again and again to this spa, for massages and for facials. I always leave de-​stressed and happy. I have seen Chris and Ramon both for massages, and they were equally fantastic. But my favorite thing is to have a facial from Theresa! She is so gentle, yet firm when needed, makes my face feel rejuvenated, and even includes the décolletage and a lovely neck and upper shoulder massage. The spa reception area can get a bit hectic, as it is small, and they are ALWAYS busy! But the rooms are serenely peaceful and quiet, with soothing «new-​age» type music playing in the background. Although I just had a facial today, I’m seriously thinking of booking an appointment in a couple for a full body massage. Early birthday present from me to me!

Don’t let the outer location fool you, the interior is absolutely lovely. There is light music playing when you walk in, so you feel very relaxed from the moment you walk in. Mary Lou was my massage therapist, and she was wonderful from the moment I met her. Every step of the way she was checking to make sure that I was comfortable, that the pressure was enough, and that she was working the areas that needed the most attention. I got the 90 minute Swedish+Deep Tissue combo massage, and it was wonderful. I’m someone who likes really firm pressure, and Mary Lou had the perfect amount of pressure. I caught myself lightly snoring a bit towards the end. Absolutely wonderful experience, will definitely be coming back.

What a joke! Its taken me a few months to write this review and I am still fuming as much as I did after I walked out. 3 hours for the worst mani pedi of my life, and I paid $ 200 for it. I wanted a nice mani pedi, one that you’d get at a spa. My friend and I got crammed into this tiny room, the lady that did her pedi was quiet and finished what she was doing and walked out… the one that did mine was particularly chatty, and couldn’t keep focus, and made me wonder if she was stoned or medicated. She did a gel manicure after I specifically said I just want regular polish, and my nails looked like my 6 year old niece painted them, well maybe she would have done a better job. My «relaxing spa experience» ended up with me wanting to get the heck out of here and find a $ 25 pedicure place where I’ll get an actual foot rub.

Choose Kitzia and April!
I decided to bring my mother in for a mother/​daughter spa day the day after Mother’s Day. Without a doubt, this place deserves its 5 stars. As we arrived, Kitzia asked if we wanted tea/​water and if we needed to use the restroom. They than gave us a sheet where we would mark what areas we wanted the masseuses to focus a bit more on. Since we got the Aroma stress relief massage we also were able to pick out aroma of fragrance. We than were walked into a room where the magic would begin and we were instructed of what to do prior to beginning our massage. Their was relaxing music and the citrus aroma I chose was soothing. Both kitzia and April have heavenly hands. I personally had April, she did an amazing job getting my whole body relaxed. She uses several techniques I wasn’t aware of. Both always asking if everything was ok. I definitely recommend these two ladies!

Just had an outstanding manicure/​pedicure by Rachelle. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. She is very professional yet caring and the hand and foot massage were wonderful.

Yesterday I had a 2 hour Swedish+Deep Tissue Massage with Jessica. It was amazing! I felt so refreshed afterwards. Jessica really knew the pressure points she needed to focus on especially around my neck and shoulder area. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a gentle yet deep solid pressure massage. I will definitely be going back in the near future.

This a great spa that I utilize regularly. They always have appointments and it’s easy to book online. I recommend the aroma bath as an ending to any treatment.

This is my go to massage place. It’s situated in a strip mall and looks anything but relaxing when you drive up. However, when you walk in, you won’t believe you just parked in the same lot as Jack-​in-​the-​Box. The inside is huge and stretches back farther than you would imagine. There are at least 15 massage rooms that each one and it still seems very luxurious. It looks as though it started off small place and has grown into a larger place.
The only reason I give this place three stars instead of five is because in the past seven years that I’ve been going to this day spa, somewhere along the way they got me confused with someone else and put «no show» and «her favorite massage therapist is this person» in the notes under my phone number. So even if I am having my second massage there in a week, it never ever fails… inevitably, whoever I make the appointment with over the phone always says «are you sure you will be here?» One time even when I was there the day before. I have asked five different people to fix this and one even promised. Still has been unsuccessful. It makes me not want to go there or call for an appointment as I have never missed an appointment there and it’s embarrassing to have that response each time.

My sister took me for a 90 minute massage as a birthday gift. I absolutely loved Holly. She is sweet, professional, and really knows what she is doing. She also really took her time to undo my knots and checked in regularly to see if I wanted a certain amount of pressure. The spa had a wonderful, soothing ambiance. I walked out of the room after a deep tissue massage feeling like melted butter. Overall, I would recommend coming here for a massage and I will be back soon!

I really like this place and got a membership today, the last time I came Burme did a great job, this time I was a little upset, it’s not that she did a really bad job but I felt really rushed by Chanapa I came in early, my appointment was at 6 and we started late and she stopped massaging me right before 730 so it didn’t even feel like a 90 min massage, plus she didn’t even take the time to tell me her name lol, maybe she was having a bad day, next time I will be trying someone else. Also I asked to add hot stones and wanted her to press a little harder and she told me she couldn’t because the stones were too hot so I’m upset that I had to pay an extra 15 $ when I couldn’t get what I want. I gave her a good tip and hopefully that is incentive to do a better job on someone else next time.

Second time here and I think my girlfriend and I have found our official spa spot for our annual anniversary getaway. After a 90 minute massage and hour long facial, I feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the new year!
May was a great massage therapist and was nice and firm throughout the whole 90 minute session. She was also considerate with checking in periodically to be sure the pressure wasn’t overbearing at any point.
To top off our visit, my 60 min facial with Rachel was amazing! She was very amiable and I could easily see how knowledgeable and passionate she is about her profession. She explained the ingredients in the products she was using and also the benefits they provide for your skin. I definitely felt like I was in great hands.

This review is for Rachel, an aesthetician. I had a deep cleansing facial with her today and found her to be very competent, professional and personable. She inquired about my skin and concerns, explained the planned treatment and addressed all questions I had. She was very knowledgeable about the products, their impact and ingredients. She also took the time to do extractions thoroughly. Overall, it was a pleasure to be her client and I will look forward to coming to see her again.
The spa itself is fine; it seemed clean and the staff seemed interested in assisting their clients.

The whole in the wall place is a gem. Massages are awesome. Book with Ramon, Chris and Jessica. They are excellent massage therapists!
You can book online or over the phone. Plenty of parking. I bought a 6 month membership 3 months ago and I’m so happy with it. Super pleased!

I was mounted.
I kid you not. I was mounted (on my back) by a little Asian woman who dominated my spasming muscles in my shoulders. Hell yes. I was terrified at first as to what the hell was happening, but I quickly realized what her motive was and gave in. She worked me to the bone and then some. My Dr. had ordered me to get a massage ASAP and Best Day Spa was recommended to me by my mom. It’s right up the street from my house and they had spots available the next day. I loved the music, the ambiance of the room, and the table. I was extremely comfortable throughout the entire session. The room was very dark (just how I like it) and I nearly fell asleep at one point. Overall, I’ll definitely be back.

I just want to be clear that this five-​star review is for Chris, not for the spa itself, which is meh. I have not seen anyone else there or had anything but massage.

I made an appointment at The Best Day Spa and selected Chris based on reviews. After just one 90-​minute massage I was completely transformed for the next 24 hours. Even during the massage, I knew it was a treatment I would repeat regularly. On my way out I signed up for a 6-​month membership. After six sessions I feel like I’m returning to myself and to the world. The power of touch.
