Great class, great instructor, and great work out! Although I was too weak to do all the moves fully, the instructor came by and gently coached me to do the best I could, with proper technique. Although I came by with the Class Pass, I could definitely see myself signing up here as a a regular and getting stronger to hopefully be able to do all the moves properly in the future.

I’m a total wuss when it comes to working out. I have the desire to work out, I have the time to work out, and I have the ability to work out, but I always end up getting hurt somehow and then just end up flaking out. I hate getting lost in the crowd of a large gym, am totally intimidated by the buff people grunting like childbirth while deadlifting, and think that cross fit is designed to make you miserable. Thankfully for me, and anyone who can agree with any of my qualms, there is another way: The Dailey Method. Tucked inconspicuously in between a McDonalds and Burger King, this is the last place you’d expect a butt-kicking workout destination. The facility is well-lit, easy to access, and surrounded by ample parking. The front desk attendants double as the class teachers, and are super friendly, warm and encouraging, and can help you find your way to workout clothing, required sticky socks, or their innovative water filter dispenser. Classes are low to no impact, joint friendly, and flexible for all ages, abilities, and strengths. I really appreciate the small class sizes, with individualized attention to form, function, and prop usage. There is no pressure to be a workout maniac, and the classes are so fun, you totally forget you’re working out. That said, you WILL feel it as you’re walking to your car and your whole body feels like jello. Onsite they have a shower for those working out before they go to work, with all the amenities you might need, as well as onsite childcare for busy parents who still need to get their workout in. There are two workout rooms, with barre, core work, modified pilates and yoga, and general cardio. To me, this is the perfect balance of adding lean, graceful muscle and strength to anybody, and after just three weeks, I’ve completely noticed a different in mine. Could not recommend them enough. Fun fitness? Now that’s something to do Dailey.

This workout is definitely a challenge, but I love it. I recently moved to Santa Rosa from LA, and I had been doing The Bar Method for a few months. I was looking for a workout that was similar to this, and found The Dailey Method. All of the teachers are very attentive to you in class and really care that you are getting the most out of your workouts. I like that they change up the exercises too even though you are always working the same body areas. I recommend giving it a try!

I am a Dailey Method addict. As someone who has been involved in health and fitness for most of my adult life I can honestly say I have never done a workout like The Dailey Method(TDM). I have done boot camp(which I did through most of my pregnancy), dance classes, yoga, personal training at the gym etc etc and none of them have taught me as much about my body as I have learned in the 3 months of practicing TDM. I tried going back to boot camp after my pregnancy but found that it was too tough on my postpartum body. That’s when I found TDM. The Santa Rosa studio is very well kept, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the women who work in child care go above and beyond. The teachers at this studio are excellent and offer a lot of guidance during your workout. You will never do the same workout twice which keeps it interesting and challenging. BUT… it’s so much more than a great workout. TDM is transforming my body from the inside out. I’m gaining more muscle tone, definition and strength then I have ever had before all while increasing my flexibility. I’m amazed at the things I’m able to do now compared to when I started. I really look forward to the shavasana at the end of class. It is 5 minutes for me to take a break from everything and focus on what I’m grateful for that day, even if it’s just to be grateful for being able to get through the class! TDM is not a quick fix workout but will give you amazing results over time. The instructors are always talking about how it is a practice… this is very true. A practice that I am so glad to have found and made a commitment to!

At first I was a bit intimidated by the workout, a lot of 20&30somethings. But this is an incredible workout for all ages. The instructors are well trained and attentive, making sure that you’re doing the workout correctly and getting the most out of it. This is the best workout I’ve ever done! Plus the studio is super clean, just great!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The instructors are genuinely nice people, and the owner, Jessica, is about as sweet and kind as they come. The studio is beautiful, clean, and it offers a great selection of the stylish, modern fitness apparel. The workouts are intense and incredibly effective. I’ve been attending the studio for a couple months, and I’m so much«tighter!» The instructors are very attentive, and they adjust each student’s form accordingly. I’ve done everything from Pilates to spin classes to boot camp, and I’ve never felt«the burn» as much as I do in these classes. The classes are tough, but they’re low-impact and safe enough to do several times a week, which is nice. There will be some residual soreness, but the practice focuses on active stretching, so you won’t come out of class stiff as a board. I think the pricing is actually quite reasonable(most fitness boot camps are way more expensive!). If you pay on a monthly basis, you’ll get the most bang for your buck. You get individualized attention in a pristine studio, so I think it’s a win-win all around. This is by far the best form of exercise I’ve come across, and the bonus is that the instructors are awesome people. I have nothing negative to say about this studio and The Dailey Method. If it were a person, I would marry it!

Took my first class today and even though I exercise regularly it really was tough! I really enjoyed the well lit studio The instructor paid close attention to me having proper form and the owner had shown me around and personally answered my multitude of questions when I signed up yesterday! All in all I’ve had a very positive experience and definitely encourage anyone looking for a good workout that’s different than just bouncing around to check this place out!!!
