In a very boutique area like Windsor, TJ’s is about as big box as you’re going to find in the realm of grocery stores. I headed 5 miles in the wrong direction of my hotel and stopped here for dinner /breakfast instead of the Oliver’s that turned out to be right next to my hotel. It was still worth it though. I paid $ 2.49 for a great sourdough baguette and $ 5 for my beloved lemon grilled chicken that they don’t sell in WA anymore. Trader Joe’s being such a wine and beer lover’s mecca, it fits right into the Sonoma County setting — in a mainstream way. $ 3.99 for Cherry Blossom Pinot Noir which is SO good! Store was clean, it was slow so people were re-stocking and the checkout folks were friendly. Lots of parking, too, so not a lot to complain about other than this place is out of the way if you’re in the hotel area surrounding STS and don’t have a car. I’m sure there are plenty of cool little markets or restaurant that will fill the void, but few will do it this affordably.

I recently went back to TJs to try their latest rendition of Simply Almonds, Cashews & Cranberries. The photo shows the ratio of Cranberries to Almond and Cashews(mostly cranberries). C’mon Joe, either cut back on the Cranberries or cut back on the price! Or call it «Simply Cranberries with some Cashews and Almonds». I’m going back to the local supermarket blend.

Exemplary staff at this, the friendliest TJs in N. Cal. I feel like a VIP each & every visit. So many great employees it would be impossible to recognize each one. Judy is both compassionate and kind, giving me tips on local goods & services. She even gave me a bouquet of roses when she found out my cat was ill. Quincy never fails to boost up my day with props & good tidings. David is always eager to make things right. Jesus is always delightful and the list goes on. This truly is s neighborhood market and the best in Santa Rosa for a feel at home vibe! Thanks again Judy, I won’t soon forget your kindness!

Always clean, well stocked and the people are super friendly. Love the floral department and ready to go meal items. Only downfall is this store is so good that it’s always full(aisles and parking lot). It might be time to add another store in Northern Sonoma County.. .

I am so impressed with the customer service I received. A shout out to manager David for going far above and beyond! My recent experience far surpassed any expectation I had in the modern world. From healthy choices, competitive prices and the always great service, Trader Joe’s always gets my vote.

I have to say, I am a huge Trader Joe’s fan. I go there once or twice a week for my favorite staple items and usually come away with something new to try. Ninety percent of the time, I find that I like the previously untried item. Prices are, for the most part, excellent. Food selection is amazing for a relatively small store. Check-out, even when busy, is efficient and quick. Customers can always grab one or two samples from the daily sample counter, along with a taste of brewed coffee. Quite often the samples are tasty enough that I purchase the product. Depending on what time you go, parking at the Cleveland Avenue location can be a struggle. If possible, I would recommend going early to mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

It is a Trader Joe’s. It will have the same things as any other trader Joe’s except some local beer and wine. I stopped here twice when visiting Santa Rosa when my son was playing in an ice hockey tournament. Like the Trader Joe’s in Southern California, they accept Android Pay, and have tap and pay capability. It is much faster to tap your phone compared to a chip card. I wish every place that takes credit cards would take Android Pay.

I shop here every week, great prices on most things, very friendly employees who go beyond the call of duty in customer service. I go when they first open, any other time the parking lot is a nightmare.

We always stop in here at least once whenever we’re visiting Santa Rosa. The wine selection here isn’t as good as it could be given the location, but we always manage to find something we’ll kill off. The $ 5TJ’s Zin is a good choice! Samples are alright, though I would love if they also sampled coffee(I live for those tiny little cups o’ joe). ;-P Friendly folks working here and all the grub you’ve always loved. Worth a stop!

My go to store for snacks! Easy stop right off the freeway, but parking can be a pain due to the small lot. Just try to avoid peak hours and weekends due to the heavy traffic and limited parking.

I love all trader joes but this is the one I shop at the most. Only downside to this one is the parking lot. I also try not to come on the weekends or peak hours. I like shopping here because their prices are very good for the most part and the store is just really cute :)

This is a very friendly store; the Caprese sandwich is the best vegetarian deal around, BTW. It’s the right size, you can move around, and the staff is helpful to a fault. One of my favorite Trader Joe’s, up there with San Rafael downtown and Campbell — also friendly.

I won’t give more stars cuz the food was moldy, but TJs returned my money without questions.

Only place in town that sells g damn turkey breast fillets. That by itself is worthy of 5 stars. I couldn’t tell you anything about the service at the store because my eyes and brain are so fixated on the stack of turkeys I’ll be eating. Don’t you ever stop supplying these Trader Joe or we’ll have a problem.

What can I say about Trader Joe’s that hasn’t already been said? This place is fantastic, with a couple caveats. Love the way it’s laid out, and I can’t say how much I appreciate the wide aisles. I hate how most grocery stores have such narrow aisles that you’re constantly bumping into people. This place always has new items to try, and the fresh flowers, fruit, and vegetables are outstanding. There are a few items they don’t carry, but for the most part, you can get all your grocery shopping done here, at a reasonable price, and in a chill environment. I took off one star for two reasons: the parking lot is crazy, and the driveway is almost impossible to turn left(North) out of during peak hours. And secondly, last time I was here, a male checker asked me when I was due(I’m not pregnant.) I can’t believe there are still people out there that think it’s okay to ask a woman that question! Maybe a little sensitivity training is in order. It was kind of awful, to be honest.

Trader Joe’s is a great place for dried fruits, nuts, eggs, Cliff Bars and drinks etc. What I don’t like is the meat that is FILLED with water and the pie crust. I just opened a pie crust and after it was frozen to absolute zero someone tossed it out of a plane. At least that is the consistency I found when I opened the package. Pieces, tiny fractured pieces that I could not use. Sure I could have waited until it was soft enough to re-roll but I didn’t have time. I thawed it on the counter for 90 minutes and it was crap. Crap! BTW, the whole chicken had almost ½ cup of water in it after I opened the package. I thought I might be safe with a whole bird but it has almost as much water in it as does the ground meats. Crap!

Trader Joes on the small side, lots of wines stocked. buys: Kono wine, 2013 Marbough Sauvignon Blanc 2013(8.99) –13% alcohol, fruity, grapefruit tartness notes, crisp taste, dry finish. –on the sweet side. check outs: –small parking lot fills up fast.

Staff is fine, quality and selection of the products is the same as all the other TJs. Why two stars? Because visiting this location is a nightmare! I’ve gone at several different times of the day and the parking lot is always congested, the interior full of people squeezing around each other to get stuff. You’d think it was the only TJs in California, but there’s another one here in Santa Rosa across town that’s not nearly so chaotic – and it’s in a huge shopping center. Jeez, life must be good if I’m making time to complain about a grocery store!

This Trader Joe’s is located just off Hwy 101 on the north end of Santa Rosa. It’s a medium/large store with a good selection of products and organized, well-stocked isles. The staff is friendly and the produce is fresh. The food is tasty and in their freezer section they currently have boxes of a dozen macaroons(2×6 flavors) for $ 4.99! How can you beat that! Parking can be a little difficult because this location is so popular, but that’s really the only downside. I definitely love shopping here.

Great place to get decent Sonoma County wine under the Trader Joe’s label. Try one of each then come back soon to buy a case of what you like. My favorite junk food there besides the Australian black licorice, are their thick potato chips with their caramelized onion dip. Yum! Their flowers are great and the orchids last forever. I love their prices too.
