True Value Hardware of Larkfield

This is our second time here. Each time we had unusual plumbing issues. BOTH times we got IMMEDIATE help, and left with solutions from intelligent people. (Plumbing is NOT our thing.) They didn’t try to sell us anything, they only tried to help us solve our puzzling problems.
The place is neat, well organized, and has everything. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great.

I love this place. They have the best selection of stuff you need. Every time I need to get something for my body shop I go there first. I love the personal attention they give and they are always happy to help find anything you need. I have gone to that store and asked for the most random thing and they will somehow have what I need. I don’t know how they do it. I go to this store before I go to Home Depot or OSH. No joke! This store is the best. I always go there first. Trust me. Just give them a try and you will go there first from now on. Can’t say enough good things. Go find out for yourself. John

I am a DIY girl — I think I know what I am doing… Going to TV — works great for me. I get great advice and the right tools to do the job. Plus I love browsing the stuff under the tent.

Great store, Good price for Propane. Very knowledgeable employees and quality stuff. You gotta check out all the nooks and crannies in the store. They have stuff you would never think that could be found.

The People at Larkfield True Value — are truly Fantastic.
If you have that hard to find item, or that old part that doesn’t exist — Come and visit this store!
It is a wonderful and diverse mix of Great Products and hard to find items in the County. The service and knowledge is hard to beat.
There is a sometimes mentioned term — If we don’t have it You don’t need it. At this place chances are they will have and you will need it.

Absolutely the most complete hardware store in town with fabulous knowledgeable employees. Brought a broken shower assembly in from our remote mountain cabin. They duplicated it perfectly at a fantastically reasonable price. A delightful shopping experience compared to the big box stores. Dan b

Sooooooo much better then going to Home Depot when you actually need help with something. The folks in this store are extremely helpful and knowledgable. When ever I’m not sure if a tool will work for the job… they don’t hesitate to open it for me or let me try it out and bring it back. They have even gone so far as to sell me ¹⁄₃^rd of a box of floor staples! When I said I wouldn’t need the whole box, the sales guys said «no problem, take it home, use what you need and bring back what you don’t.» He made sure all the cashiers knew that I would be coming back with a partial box and when I finally did the return, it was seamless. Everybody knew what was going on. Only wierd thing is that on a few occasions, I have heard, some pretty personal conversations going on amongst employees. Not that I really care, but sortof makes me feel like I am intruding on something. One guy was having an extended conversation on the phone, loud voice, carried throughout the store. Wierd, but still ok, and I’ll take that any day over the rat maze that is Home Depot!
