Gina is not only an extremely talented florist, she is one of the kindest, most considerate, and lovely human beings to work with. I was hosting a small business networking gathering and ordered a simple designer’s choice arrangement, because I had a limited budget, and I knew it was very last minute. She graciously brought over an arrangement within a couple of hours that was far beyond what I expected or imagined! The hydrangeas she selected and arranged were absolutely gorgeous and of the highest quality. Best of all, I got to meet Gina, and now have a fabulous friend and florist for life! Thank you Gina :)

I used Bella Fiori for my wedding ceremony and reception(Root 246) and cannot say enough about the personalized service and beautiful arrangements we received! I seriously don’t understand the negative reviews here, because working with Gina was so easy and seamless. I shared many of my ideas and my vision of what I desired for my perfect day. Gina spent a lot of time with me and was patient, very creative, knowledgable and understanding throughout the process. She worked within my budget and delivered exactly what she promised and even more! I would highly recommend Bella Fiori for any type of occasion! You will not be disappointed!

Second time receiving flowers from this florist, and both times I have been disappointed. I will never use them again. My fiancé ordered me flowers, to be delivered to my work, for my birthday. Awesome! However, the florist called me and RUINEDTHESURPRISE. Yes, they called me, to make sure I would still be at the office. I informed them that I leave 45 minutes, they said they would be at my office within 30 minutes. They arrived in 40. So, I got flowers delivered to work 5 minutes before i was supposed to leave, and it wasn’t even a surprise. When they called, they said that the client who ordered the flowers(my fiancé) was completely aware that they were waiting for their shipment from their supplier, and would be delivering later in the day. Later in the day is fine, 2 or 3pm, but 420pm?! Now, the flower arrangement was ONLYBULBS. Nothing was bloomed except the baby’s breath. Ok, fine. I’ll wait for them to bloom, which means they will last longer, right? Nope! They started wilting almost immediately. I rec’d the flowers on a Thursday, and by Sunday night they were pitiful(I brought them home so I could enjoy them). The bloomed flowers were wilting, the unbloomed flowers were wilting. My fiancé wrote an email to the florist informing them that the flowers were not holding up. Thankfully they agreed to replace them, on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I brought the flowers back to work. They came in later in the day(about 2pm) and switched out the arrangement. The new arrangement looked nothing like the first, which was fine. When I first saw the new ones, I commented that they were different than the original. She informed me that the client ordered designers choice flowers. Ok fine, he allowed the florist some creativity. The florist wanted to create a new arrangement for me, fine, whatever, I didn’t care about that. Unfortunately the new arrangement is small and dinky, and that’s what I’m disappointed in. The vase was handed to me, ice cold. I’ve heard from other co-workers that this florist has a tendency to do that, keep the flowers in an ice cold fridge, and then hand them right over, increasing the likelihood of immediate wilting. I don’t know much about flowers, so i don’t know if this is true. I sent my fiancé a picture of the new arrangement, and he was disappointed as well. His first comment to me was that is too small and too few flowers to be worth what he paid. This is when I find out about the stuff he has been dealing with, with them. He ordered designers choice, and a balloon. They called him and told him they don’t have balloons, they haven’t been able to get helium for like 4 years. Well, why don’t they take it off their website? They said they don’t know how. Right. So, he asked them to just add more flowers in the arrangement… clearly not done. We’ll see how long these last. After the exchange of arrangements on Wednesday, Gina called my fiancé to let him know I was disappointed. A minute and a half message to say she doesn’t know why I was so disappointed. Then she sends an email(to basically blame us) stating that«it is very important that the directions are followed on the back of the floral preservative packet, precisely. The ratio of preservative to water is crucial in that if it’s not mixed to the proper proportions, it will kill the flowers.» …they didn’t even give me a floral preservative packet.

If I could leave negative five stars I would! Ordered an arrangement from one of the big online companies and this florist was the one chosen to fill the order. When it was delivered to my boyfriends mother she sent a picture, and it wasn’t even half of the flowers I had ordered. I called with my concern about the arrangement, was treated very rudely and told there was nothing they could do about it. I don’t need to go into every detail because the end result will you tell you all you need to know. This florist went back to the house, and took the flowers away from a 75 year old widow! No compromise, no new flowers which I had requested, nothing, just knocked on her door and asked for the flowers. We were horrified! A review was posted and Unilocal took it down because it was a first time review. I hope they allow this one to stay up, horrible service, attitude and ugly arrangements. Flowers are supposed to be a happy business!

This review is in response to the owner’s unapologetic response to my first review. First of all, if you are going to respond, it is helpful if you address the name of the person correctly. My name is JAMIE. Second of all, it is also very wise to admit fault when you are absolutely in the wrong, try to make the wrong into a right, and move forward. Lying about your incompetence as a business owner, publicly, on Unilocal is pretty sad. I placed two different orders with you, both orders to be delivered to separate addresses. One to my mother’s house and one to my great grandmother’s house. You botched it. They were both sent to my mom’s. Yes you did refund my grandmother’s order. That was about as easy and painless as visiting a dentist inside of the DMV. Your lack of consideration, respect, business ethics, and morals are appalling. Several months after this whole mess, my grandmother passed away. That flower arrangement for her birthday was to be her last. The one she didn’t get because you screwed it up. The one you have yet to take responsibility for. The one you have yet to say three little words for…“I AMSORRY.” You actually might be able to save your failing business if you took responsibility for your actions. Try saying I’m sorry.

I’ve had such a frustrating experience with this florist. Gina was wonderfully thoughtful as she helped me create a bouquet to be delivered, but then did not follow the delivery instructions, called me to apologize for not delivering the bouquet and told me that I wouldn’t be charged for it, charged me for it, and then told me that she had in fact hand delivered the bouquet to the recipient. In the meantime, I was told that the bouquet had not been delivered(per the individual who was supposed to receive it) and ordered another gift to be sent to the recipient. Though she seems to be perfectly lovely, she’s unorganized and unprofessional and I will not be doing business with her again.

It was a special birthday for my wife and I took a chance and ordered a birthday bouquet from the Internet sent in advance to our hotel in Solvang. When we arrived, it was there and it was spectacular! A week later, it is still gorgeous. the flowers were fresh and perfectly chosen. The note was beautifully hand written — that was unexpected. I look forward to actually meeting Gina on our next trip up North. Thank you so much!

I can’t imagine a more personable florist. Gina listens carefully and understands how important flower arrangements and gifts can be. What I appreciated most is her creative flair and her willingness to make critical suggestions(especially for my son’s wedding). She is also very capable at doing standard arrangements for any occasion. I recommend this florist highly!
