Raj Parr is the man responsible for me liking white wine. Up until he served me a Meursault from Burgundy. That changed the whole way i looked at wine. Especially up to that point i didnt believe i even liked white wine. Game changer for sure. Now he’s moved down south from his old haunts in San Francisco to make wine. domaine is still a young wine project. The pinot noir evokes the things of Burgundy that make them famous. However i think it will take a few years before theyve dialed it in. However if you want s good price performance wine in that Burgundy style it’s hard to go wrong. If you get the privilege of Raj pouring you wine personally, it’s even better
