Cactus Cooling and Heating

We have this beautiful property in Fairbanks Ranch, and I wanted to make sure I could do everything in my power to make it the true love nest we desire.
Among my plans and concerns for the home were temperature comfort levels, so imagine my pleasant and ironic surprise when the fine fellows at Cactus Cooling and Heating told me about this cool and nifty, technologically intelligent little device called The Nest!
I liked it immediately because of the name, but that was before I learned all that this thermostat is truly capable of.
I love how, after just a few days, it automatically adjusts according to what our habits are (much like a smart phone). No more getting up an hour early in the morning to turn on the heater to warm up the house before we truly get up and start our day. It’s so disruptive to do that.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for this amazing thermostat. I am telling everyone about it, and that’s why I also wanted to stop by and leave a review! Awesome!!!

I have used Cactus Cooling and Heating Company before for my mom’s house. I absolutely love this company, and I am always satisfied. It was time for me to get a new thermostat in my house, and they mentioned they have up to date thermostats. They mentioned a Wi-​Fi thermostat called nest thermostat. Nest learning thermostat automatically adapts as life and seasons change. It basically programs itself, and it’s a simple installation. It has a setting called auto-​away in which it turns itself down to SAVE ENERGY! Another awesome feature is that I am able to adjust the temperature from my phone, no matter where I am at. I absolutely love my new thermostat, and the people who work for this company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thanks Cactus cooling and heating company, you guys are great!

Excellent service. I’m not sure why this business has a one star review — the technician Albert was extremely professional and prompt. I felt he was very honest and when my A/​C is having issues I wouldn’t call anyone else. Whenever my car, A/​C, or some other specialized equipment is failing, you always are wondering whether or not you’re getting screwed because WHO KNOWS what someone is talking about? For all you know — a specialized technician can lie and get away with it. Albert made me feel exactly the opposite. What great service and my A/​C has had no issues since. If I ever need any help with heating or cooling — Cactus Cooling and heating will be my first go to.

EXTREMELY poor customer service! Do NOT contact for your AC/​heater needs! My wife & I called several times only to have our calls forwarded. When they did finally call back we were told that we could be helped early evening. It’s about 9pm now & they have not shown up or called. Thanks for nothing you pitiful excuse for a business.
