Went in for the second time wishing I would have written a review sooner! How can you go wrong? 20 $ for a spa manicure/​pedicure! The owner (I think that’s who helped me) was so welcoming the minute I walked in and sat me right down in the chair and offered me magazines to read. The whole experience was pleasant and I would definitely go back. Long massages on my hands and legs with my beautiful manicure!

I LOVE DIVA NAILS AND SPA. I am a new customer; only visiting here 3 times, and I am Hooked! I get so many compliments on my nails. It’s ridiculous. Just today, I have had 3 people (female coworker, male coworker, and the cashier from the Donut Shop) all compliments my nails today!

2^nd time I do my nails here. Tina is just amazing! She is very friendly and always wants to make the customer happy. She also takes her time and pays attention to details when doing your nails. Other staff members seem very friendly here too and they always welcome and smile at you. Highly recommended!

Best nails around town, I live in the Bay Area but make a point to get my claws done here whenever I’m in town. Nails on fleek always. Also, the employees are so nice and take the time to get the shape just to my liking. I wish I could come here more often.

I went into this salon which is close to my home a few months ago. I really wanted to like it because of the proximity but was disapointed.

The pedicure was only about 20 minutes when the salon I usually go to (CIty Nails in Santee) is a minimum of 50 minutes. The manicure was pretty much just a polish change and light file. It chipped right away. I was in here just a bit over an hour which is pretty short for both services. Their prices are higher than City Nails as well.

First I would like to say that I did not have an appointment, I was a walk-​in. The gal (Nancy) said it would just be about 15 minute wait for me, while she waited on another client. Instead of just having me sit, she offered me the pedicure chair, and turned on the massager while I waited which was a nice treat. Also, I had acrylics done last week at a salon in Lakeside, and the lady did not listen to how I wanted my nails and I walked away dissatisfied with flair nails. I shared this with Nancy, and she went the extra mile to shape my nails more of how I wanted them in the first place.
I will definitely be going back there and referring my friends and family as well.

I just left this place I drove from Kearny Mesa to Mission gorge to have my nails and my feet manicured. Upon entering the polishes were out dated the person asking me all the questions I assume would be the owner was extremely polite however, the person that she assigned me too did not speak any English and gays a horrible manicure and pedicure did not finish polishing and half way through she said oh there’s three dollars more to put another coat of nail polish on your nails which is called crackle which any other nail salon I have been to has never charged $ 3 more then what the normal prices its just nail polish they barely touch your nails with it and you can buy it at the store and do it yourself which is probably what I’m going to be doing for now. This place really doesn’t deserve any stars they charge me for both and then charge me $ 30 for both hand and feet but then later told me they would waive the $ 3 fee for the hand but still need to pay for my toes they did a horrible job I recommend that you never go to this place I personally will never be back to this place. Although, I was recommended to go here from a coworker I now consider her not a friend at all never waste your money on this place!!!

First I want to say that I am so grateful I found this salon. It is just a little place hidden in a tiny strip mall but I won’t go any place else. Trinity and Nancy are sisters that run this salon and they are fantastic!
I have been to EVERY salon in Santee and I have finally found a «home». I visit Diva nails a couple of times a month for a manicure, pedicure and/​or waxing. The prices are great, the service is better. When I leave, I always feel like I am more than a customer, more than a dollar. And I always feel pampered!
Give Diva Nails a try. I promise you will not regret it!

What a great salon!
I was tired of the poor service and broken appointments at the salon I used to visit. I saw Diva Nails as I was driving home and walked in. As a guy, it can be a little intimidating walking into a nail salon. Trinity and Nancy made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in.
The salon is very clean and bright. I was also surprised at how well the spa chair accommodated my height. Most of the chairs in other spas are too small and do not go back far enough.
Both of the ladies work very fast, yet are gentle at the same time. They also gave me some advice on how to prevent my finger tips from splitting.
It was a very pleasant experience and I will be back.

The best little nail Salon in town. Trinity and Nancy are amazing. They always do a great job and their customer service is above and beyond any other nail salon around. They make u feel so comfortable and at home. I have never been disappointed. Keep this business in mind for the next time u need pampering.
