SERIOUS rude attitude in this shop. My friend didn’t have her id with her, I get it, it’s the law. We didn’t have a problem, but this woman is SO RUDE. I took out my id and she YELLS, «YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT», I said ok, no problem. By the way, my friend is 34 years old.
I paid, we were leaving and she says, have a nice night. WTF, bi-​polar or? There are too many tobacco shops in the near vicinity to ever have to set foot in this place again.

This cigar shop has a good selection and great pricing!
In the past, I was a bit displeased because they had a tendency to follow people into the humidor, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable while I shopped for my cigars. That being said, after I raised this concern with Mike, the proprietor, he was quick to respond and explain the issue (some theft problems) and what was being done to correct it.
Since then, they have installed a security camera, so no more shadowing, which is great! I will be shopping here often, given the fact that they:
— Listened to, and quickly addressed the concerns of their customers
— Are conveniently located on the corner of Prospect and Cuyamaca
— Have a great range of cigars from $ 3 — $ 30 apiece
— Tend to be ~$ 2 — $ 3 cheaper (per cigar) than other outlets in the area
