Worst customer service we bought two bed on November 14,2015 and were told in 3 weeks they would deliver. They call us to schedule on the 1÷05÷16 but only had the king size bed, I explained to the lady I wasn’t taking two days off for them to deliver. She rescheduled for 01÷15÷16 the day comes and they call us and say that they only have the full size bed, my wife asks where is the king size and they say they don’t have the parts to build it. Excuse me you had it built and ready to deliver 10 days ago, so you gave our bed away in other words no answer just an apology that it wasn’t in stock. I call back and tell them if you can’t deliver both then keep them and give us our money, it’s been over 2 months and you can’t deliver two beds.

We bought our first sleep number about 12 years ago and it’s time for a replacement(my back and neck are finicky). I visited this store and was helped by Steve. He spent the time to educate me about the new models and after a few questions we quickly narrowed the options to 3. About 30 minutes later I was checking out and on my way. Steve was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. We are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our new bed in a couple of weeks.

Hubby and I both had a cold and our Valentine’s Day trip to Vegas had to be canceled. Since we were supposed to be at the Bruno Mars concert celebrating, we decided to give ourselves a bed as a gift. So we found ourselves at this newly opened store in our neighborhood. The sales gal was WONDERFUL. So personable and extremely knowledgeable on all the Sleep Number products. What I loved the most is she listened to what we didn’t like about our current bed and new which way to direct us. After our evaluation we found our numbers(I’m a 35 and hubby a 40). We then test drove the various beds and decided on the i8 queen mattress and base. The delivery office called us within a couple of days and within the week we had our mattress delivered and installed.(my understanding is that this was WAY faster than normal) The two gentlemen that delivered the bed were just as outstanding as our sales gal and everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with a company and employees that not only take pride in their job and company but they actually ENJOY it. So easy to give them my business. Now we have slept on our new bed for 5 days and I can honestly tell you I have not had such restful, pain free sleep in FOREVER. LOVELOVELOVE this bed, how am I supposed to go travel now without my mattress? Congratulations Sleep Number you are a great company, so glad we have joined the family. ALSO, they have great bedding and pillows available at the store. If you get heated while sleeping(menopause anyone?) they have bedding that helps you stay cool and dry. CHECKITOUT

Boy did sleep number find our number! Bought the $ 2,500 bed 7 yrs ago, thought we would love it becuz of the adjustments, plus it had a 20 yr warranty! We were surprised when we put it together since it is basically air mattresses with foam around them, reminded us of camping. Then when your adjusting your side if your on the higher end of the bed you feel like your on a slope, my # was 35 my hubby #45 or higher, plus it’s hard in the middle from the foam piece separating the air mattresses. What the big BUMMER was, now one side of the mattress went flat! When we took the bed apart to find the problem we noticed one air mattress was WET, and had been getting wet for awhile! Then we noticed the tubes going to that WET air mattress had several white SPORES all through it! That made us worry, so when we called the store the first sales person told us(after describing what we had) we probably had mold and needed a whole new bed, so to call customer service on Mon. Well was i surprised when i called customer service and they told me the WET spot was BODYVAPOR and completely normal and the SPORES were talcum powder! Has anyone ever heard of BODYVAPOR?!! I went around and around with customer service even to the management level with NOSATISFACTION! Customer service with this company is horrible, they are all like robots saying the same thing but not really answering your questions or solving the problem! They acted like they were doing us a favor by sending us a new pump, meanwhile we have no bed to sleep in!
