I went in to this subway and purchased a total of four sandwiches for my family. I requested the grated cheese sprinkles on one of the subs for my daughter who only had ham and lettuce on her sandwich. The young woman that was putting together our subs had a bad attitude but I brushed it off. She then added a really small amount of cheese. So I politely asked if she could add a little more cheese on the sub. She snapped back with ‘Well then I would have to charge you extra.’ Excuse me? Extra for CHEESE?!? I would understand an extra cost for meat or avocado/guac but cheese? This must be a new policy because I have never heard of an extra cost for cheese and I’ve worked at a few sub shops myself. I would have let this go however her rude attitude made the whole situation worse. I didn’t bother arguing with lady, just got my subs, paid and left. Horrible staff here.

I started working at my job across the street from them about two years ago… and there is an extensive variety of fast food restaurants around my area i could choose lunch from. Ive been going every day there for lunch for the last year and a half (no i dont get tired of it, i choose different sandwiches every time) Very good service, some of the best employees and manager i have ever met, work with me with custom sandwiches, overall a great place! The place is extremely clean (a common characteristic of Subway, and even in lunch time rush hour, everybody is efficient and fast!!!

I usually don’t write bad reviews, I always like to give places a second chance, but I’ve been here 3 times and it’s always the same. Horrible service, horrible. First of all, the employees spoke in Spanish to each other the whole time, which was rather annoying. They didn’t listen to anything I said or asked for, I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times, nothing was stocked, they were out of a lot of ingredients and they were soooooo slooooooooow!!! If I were you I would avoid this one!

A lot of the sandwich makers here are nice. Though, there is one employee who jumps from register to making sandwiches, and she doesn’t think she needs to wash her hands. Then she grabs the plastic gloves by the fingers and puts them on… So what’s the point of wearing gloves then? s

Very new subway, its ussually pretty empty, I’ve never had to wait, parking is easy and convientent. Subway is subway right?
