First timer. Ordered the Caesar wrap. Chicken and brown rice on a flour tortilla. Very tasty. Cant believe I haven’t been here sooner. I have totally been missing out. Looking forward to trying different menu items. Very friendly staff working. Very patient walking this newbie through it. Will be back soon.

I absolutely love this place. I live in LA and I find it hard to find very healthy places in St Louis. My favorite here is the quinoa and kale soup. However I did just order the soup and I was given the salad by accident and I thought I would try it. It was absolutely amazing. Very fresh, delicious ingredients. I love the little sauce bar they have. I always get hummus and the green sauce to dip my tomato tortilla in. The place is very clean every time I’ve been here. Plenty of parking right in front. Open late hours also. Highly recommended extremely healthy low on calories great clash of clans. Definitely a healthy alternative to the rest of St Louis. Also try there different iced teas. They’re absolutely delicious. Unsweetened so they can be sweetened to your liking. Enjoy!

My wife really likes the food at this place and she eats there if possible 4 – 5 times a week, The bad thing is if she doesn’t check her food the order is never right, I mean never. We stopped in today and the same thing. She order a bowl and she just wanted Chicken, rice, cheese and tomato’s and the maker of the bowl could not figure that out and made it wrong and then asked if she just wanted to take it like it was(WRONG) We don’t see how this can be that hard, she stopped ordering wraps so she wouldn’t have to take them apart at the counter to make sure they were right, now she orders bowls so she can look at the ingredients. She has ate there about 32 times in two months, so its not that she doesn’t like the food and she hopes the restaurant stays she just whishes her food would come out right, and truly so do I the last couple of times I almost got hit with a Wrap LOL :-0

Imagine me make a farting sound with my mouth, while giving two thumbs down. That’ll be my answer if I’m ever asked about my thoughts on this place. I feel I have give it two stars because there wasn’t anything awful about the service at this location and the food was edible, kinda. Got the Caesar wrap with crispy chicken and brown rice, I don’t think they put more than a few drops of Caesar in my wrap. Basically just tasted greasy fried chicken and rice, pretty bad. My girlfriend ate half of hers, turned and asked«you want to order a pizza?». Ha! it’ll be my last visit to CBW!

I’ve had a few business lunches here and have been pleased; I don’t think you can get a healthier and heartier lunch as quickly. Neat menu choices with some unusual combinations that taste great! Portions are generous. I usually get a regular and just plan to bring some home for an evening snack. What prompted the review, was how much my wife and daughter liked it on their first experience. Wife really liked it and we both brought home leftovers, but did not get to eat them. Our 13 year old daughter hit them and hit them hard. This was a win and we look forward to taking our whole family sometime soon.

My wife had the chicken stir fry that was unremarkable at best. My son and I both had the power wraps … Mostly lettuce, a few strips of flavorless chicken and possibly the worst wraps we’ve ever had. To add to it, the chips were so heavily salted(the grains of salt were coated on them) we literally could not eat them. Shake them off? Nope. Brush them off? Not a chance. They were terrible. With a $ 30 bill at a fast food joint we expected much more and will never go back. Ahhh … One positive thing: great branding. Very impressive. But you can’t make up for the goods with nice wrapping paper.

This was our first time eating at CBW. We live an hour away so its not a place we will get to visit often… but when we’re in the area we will definitely stop in again. Even my husband, who is a big eater left there full & loved the taste of the food. He got a large broccoli/chicken bowl with brown rice… I got a veggie wrap/brown rice. I couldn’t finish the whole thing. I was so full that I slept on the way home. The restaurant was clean.

We were directed here by the hotel staff as a good place for vegetarians and vegans to eat. It sure is! They have an organic tofu bowl that is delicious. The routine is you go in– order a wrap or bowl, order protein, a sauce and a grain. I got teriyaki sauce and quinoa along with teriyaki glazed tofu and tender-crisp vegetables. My dining partner had a wrap which he loved and ate every bit. A good thing about the bowls at least is you can get a small size or a large size. The food tasted fresh, was well prepared and spiced(but you can always add more spice) and delicious. The waitstaff was great and helpful to us. A bowl, a wrap and two iced teas was $ 21– a bargain for healthy, non-fried, non-fast food that tastes really good.

Ok, I have to admit, I was not a huge fan of this place at first. I try to stay away from chains as much as I can. Mind you, we all have our favorites we just can’t give up! My buddy seemed to just love this place and he isn’t int chains either. So I let him talk me into coming here with him. Yesterday was my third visit and my mind has changed(don’t tell my buddy). They have a Protein Bowl there that is just delicious! Fresh vegetables all steamed up with chicken breast slices and served with your choice of sauce. I have consistently chosen the Thai Peanut Sauce. My 11-year old guest enjoyed the cheese quesadilla on her third visit as well. She nearly attempted to step out of her comfort zone and try the teriyaki wrap for kids, but just wasn’t quite ready to commit. My buddy ordered the Veggie Bowl and even let me have a bite of it. I went for the bean area of the bowl and got a bonus bite with some cheese. It was good and I might be tempted to get something like it next time with chicken, hold the rice. They have a shaker with black seeds on each table, and after asking the past two times what that goodness is, I remembered! Its toasted sesame seeds with salt. Great on my dish. The service has been wonderful the three times I have been in. Always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they have a calorie/nutrition menu available, but wish they listed more of their dishes on it. My protein bowl was not one of them. For a place to get a quick decently healthy fresh hot meal. This is a great place to go!

CBW is one of those few places where you can quickly pick up some healthy fast food. I’ve tried many dishes on the menu and have enjoyed them thoroughly. My favorites would include the Power Protein Griller, Chicken & Broccoli Bowl, and Sweat & Sour Chicken Bowl. I also go with quinoa instead of white rice. It really is a great place to eat and I highly recommend it! Now for some of the negatives. The place is somewhat pricey. For example, an average meal will cost you about $ 7 – 10 depending on if you get a drink. Also, they charge a bit extra for all white meat chicken, which I always go with. They also keep lids for their to-go sauces behind the register, which is a bit troublesome because you have to always ask for them. The only other complaint that I have is that they smother their Buffalo Chicken Griller with too much buffalo sauce. It’s a bit too much in my opinion. GREATPLACE!

This is one of those places you pass, tell yourself to visit one day and then when you do, you want to go back! Now its one of my faves! Situated in a prime South County spot, this location is is very inviting and always flowing with guests. You can sit inside or outside. Their menu is very filling yet somewhat limited with options that will satisfy everyone. I usually go with one of the wraps, you pick a rice and the protein that you’d like. They serve every meal with tortilla chips drizzled in sea salt which hit the spot with the taste. You can add on to your meal at the flavor bar, be sure to check that out. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!
