Dr Abrams and his staff were fantastic. We took a nervous 7 year old in for a skin exam and he suggested a mole removal. Both he and his nurse had the patience of saints and were caring, considerate and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. His actions were swift, he explained the entire process, and his honesty was refreshing. Our 7 year old said it wasn’t that bad and it was thanks to the nurse who took the time to explain everything and offer any comfort to make the process smooth. Dr Abrams returned and without hesitation, he calmly did what needed to be done in a professional yet personable way. Given the general attitude of «get them in and out» many doctors had, this office just went above and beyond and gave us all the time we needed to prepare and educate our child on the process to the point it became her decision to go through with it. Six stars out of five.

I have never encountered a more patient, thoughtful or professional staff in any doctors office ever. When what I thought would be a little check up, turned into a minor procedure for my young child, a staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There was no pressure on my child and they gave her enough time to become comfortable with the procedure so she was able to make the choice if she was ready or not. They were informative for me as a parent, and patient towards my young child and I appreciated their honesty and sharing the importance of having the procedure done. I was just so touched by their kindness and their patients that I had to write a review. It was easy to schedule an appointment and we were able to get in right away. Despite them being extremely busy, they took a great amount of time with us as patients and I am totally grateful.

After nearly 18 years as a patient I left this practice. To say I was treated rudely would be an understatement. My time was not respected and I was told to just come back another time to finish my skin cancer screen. I was treated like a thing in an assembly line not as a human being seeking help. My biopsy was positive and was delivered brusquely as I was driving, «you have skin cancer and we need to set up surgery, then where is your pharmacy for antibiotics» no warning, no do you have any questions, nothing! Arrogance and hubris and I’ll never go there again! BTW, my new derm is great and I’ve already referred 2 girlfriends and my MOHS surgery was successful.
