Thank you for the work you’ve done in finding a new tenant and overseeing some of the work in the duplex this past month. We truly appreciate your attention to detail, professionalism, great communication and hard work. We’re very happy to have All County and Doug Young managing our property.

If You Want to Be Treated Terribly — Sign Up to Lease or Have Your Property Managed by Foxworth Troy and All County. We can only echo the poor comments below from a landlord’s perspective, and now that we have a relationship with our tenants since firing Foxworth and All County, from their perspective too. We own multiple properties, manage all of our other properties ourselves, and wanted to fire them after less than one month… it was that bad Here’s what you can count on(and I’ll give one example of each, although through my BBB case files/complaints and records, myself, my husband, and our tenants, could, no joke, provide over 100 examples just over the course of the year): 1. Narcissistic behavior. 2. Poor/non-existent communication. 3. Complete unprofessionalism. 4. Work not being completed in a timely manner, completely, or professionally. 5. Defensive, unhelpful, unresponsive, never accepting responsibility. The word that Sara, in a separate review on FB, used, is accurate — Attitude Truly, we are all in complete disbelief that an individual and a company can act like this and our hope is to prevent any other tenants or investors with properties from having to go through any of this. My husband is a contractor, home inspector, owns a handyman business and we flip homes, so we know this industry well. 1. Narcissism — The company did not respond to our most recent BBB complaint, as they did not return our tenants’ nearly 2k security deposit to us from November 13th. Finally, today we heard from them via email. They had mailed it to an address in FL that we have not lived at in nearly ten years(5 properties ago), said they got it from public record(which we know is yet another lie that we have in writing because I rented the property, my husband never lived there, and rentals are not a part of public record), but knew that we lived in Colorado, did not reach out to let us know a payment would be mailed(they do everything electronically), and did not think to verify the address before sending. No apologies, blamed us. 2. Poor/non-existent communication. Before being fired, tenants contacted Foxworth regarding a pool screen needing repair. Tenants had to follow up numerous times after not having it fixed after five(!) weeks. Foxworth asked another person on his team to look into it instead of getting back to tenants, tenants had to follow up again, finally heard back that the«pool company’s voicemail was full» and that contacting another company wasn’t really an option because they’re all busy. We called and found a company that same day that could come out the next day to do it, so they obviously did not try to contact other companies on behalf of our tenants and our home. 3. Complete Unprofessionalism: After Foxworth made a very poor decision costing us over $ 2k on a temporary home repair within weeks of him managing the property, we had zero trust in his ability to make decisions and asked that he pass all repairs by us for the okay before proceeding. After that, our tenants later informed us that he basically pitted us against them and told them that we were«cheap, impossible to work with, and shouldn’t expect much.» 4. We have pictures from our tenant and then from Foxworth himself doing a final walk-through showing about a dozen issues that were not repaired correctly — he refused to have a third party fix them(it was our responsibility, he stated — what were we paying him for?) and refused all but a $ 25 refund. He works with unreputable companies. The unprofessional and unfinished work cost us over $ 1,025+. I’ll see if I can attach a pic or two. The example I’ll give here is that our kitchen ceiling was repaired, but a large gap was left between ain air duct and the ceiling = a hole. A smaller gap was left between a recessed light, the person who came into do the work didn’t tape anything off, leaving dust to travel through the whole house, including into the fridge, for tenants to have to clean. 5. When I asked to speak with Foxworth after finally having the opportunity to speak to the tenants on a Monday, he said that he was not free to talk to me until that Friday — really, 5 days? I asked him to confirm via email that he truly was not free for a 15 minute phone conversation and he said that I caught him at a busy time. Again… what were we paying him for? I’m hoping that my review will help save you a lot of money, time, stress, and anxiety and do not ever work with this individual or company, whether you are a tenant or a property owner. It’s comforting and not surprising at all, although sad, to read the other negative reviews…

They are thieves. After managing a rental property for over three months & collecting close to three thousand dollars, the property manager quit and absconded with the owners money(rental monies collected) citing various parts of the contract. When asked for documentation, owner received three pieces of paper. There were no invoices or checks made payable for services rendered. The property manager claimed the funds were used to make repairs and yet no repairs were made. They are thieves who outright stole over two thousand dollars and lied about where money went. Money went into someones pocket. Also fees charged are fraud. Do not deal with this company & if you choose to, read your contract very thoroughly.

They do not even deserve a star. Be warned do not rent a property they manage. We moved into an absolute dump with a lot of empty promises. We’re counting down the days until our lease is up. Spare yourself the pain. We thought we would be better going with a rental through a property company. We were wrong. If u ever have a service request forget about it being fixed. You will just get excuses about how they have to budget these things and maintenance issues are expensive. This company is a joke.
