Worse service ever I was first told they would come on a wed 6÷15÷2016 between 9 – 11 at 12 I called the guy finally made it out at 3 pm. My husband told him the Fan doesn’t kick On and the compressor runs so the guy said yep you look smart its your fan then called the office put his boss on speaker phone said they could order the part for 1287.00 but they couldn’t order it till they have our credit card we have them our card info he said they could be out the next day they could pick up the fan and install it. We do not live here full time so we said we could take a vacation day on Friday 6÷17÷2016 they said they would be here to install between 9 – 11 am haha then my husband received a msg saying not until noon so we waited on a vacation day from work in a house that was 92 degrees all day we finally called at 2 pm the guy assured us he would be out today Ryan that he would check on it and call us right back at 3:30 still no call from Ryan so we called back he then apologized and said they prob already picked up the fan and he was going to call them to check but it would definitely be today so we waited some more at 7:30 pm I called back again this time I spoke to Edgar who let me know they didn’t pick up the fan that I was told was on a shelf in I think Sarasota and that they can pick it up tomorrow(sat) my daughters BDay which I took the day off work since I am a manager at Publix and I work weekends so no Sat won’t work for us since we will be going to Disney and like I said we do not live in north port Full time. Edgar apologized then let me know they dropped the ball umm yes you did!!! They offered to only charge 1000. For the fan but I surely don’t trust them at all now the repair man never ran any diagnostics on the unit and was more interested inn letting us know what a great company he works for that they donate money to his church But the whole time telling stories about his days of drinking Jim jack and crown and how it makes him mean. This company is a joke unreliable I would not recommend them to anyone ever… I hope they read this review the owners need to wake up people take time out of their busy lives to wait on a repair person be prompt be on time be honest and most of all of for any reason things have changed and you may be late or you can’t get a part first and foremost call the customer that has been In a hot house all day waiting from 9am — 7:30 pm with out one call from your company… This same night at 8 pm furious, hot and over it I looked up reviews and boy did I see lots of the same thing I went thru with you… So my advice is this call Pino air conditioning company they are fast he was at my house before 9 pm the same evening. Reliable trust worthy, and is not trying to screw you over they are definitely my go to air conditioning company now! Just look at their reviews. I am thank full I learned my lesson today read reviews if it walks like a duck acts like a duck and looks like a duck it’s a duck. Shame on you AND… Do yourself a favor call PINO. Oh and I left the best part out it was only the motor to the fan not the whole fan assembly so for less then 300.00 and we have air… so And tried to screw us out of a lot of money for no reason Tracy Raamussen

I’ve met hundreds of HVAC contractors and there’s not one I would trust my home to more than And Cooling Services and their owner Angel Negron. Over the last several years I have had a few more interactions with him and I think he tries to deliver an exceptional customer experience and I keep telling him he needs to raise his prices! In my experience with HVAC contractors as in business the employees model the boss and in this case, unlike most, Angel leads by example. He runs a multi-million dollar organization and is still willing to get face to face with a customer if there’s ever a problem. That’s rare! If you want to play«Russian Roulette» with 10K, just pick any old company on the internet! If you want to get a good«bang for your buck», call Angel and his team.

OHMY! This company does a buy one get one free A/C service deal. So, they called me and reminded me that I had a «free» service I could get for my units. I said OK, come take a look! A nice guy named Danny shows up … well spoken, professional and gets right to business. Well, it wasn’t long before I find out what his real business is … he opens up one of my units and says there is burning on the points. He asks if we get a lot of power surges in the area … are you kidding! This is FL all sorts of lightning and lights flickering. OK, so he has this product that for only $ 1300 or $ 1500 will give me $ 25,000 of protection for my appliances. It is a whole house Surge Protector … I say thanks but I already have one of those with $ 50,000 of Insurance and I only paid like $ 200 for it. So, that didn’t work. His next discovery is one of my capacitors is «weak» and he can replace it … but since I am not a member I would have to pay full price instead of the 20% discount price I would pay if only I would sign up for their services for around $ 400 a year. Ok, I say«I’ll think about it» … so back to the weak capacitor … that will cost me $ 271.00 and he can replace it now. I think about that a moment, and take a pass on replacing it. So, later I go online and find I can buy these things on the internet for $ 20 — $ 40. Really! It just goes to show that you have to be double careful when something is «free».
