I liked A’s Giant’s when I lived in SRQ. They had fresh bread and meat and the staff were very kind. I always know I can get a great and consistent sandwich here. They are very much a mom and pop shop and I love that. Great pit stop before the beach!

I should have known when I seen their sign in the store saying they only accept cash and CHECKS for payement. I’m not from this area and decided to check them out. Customer service was excellent but the sub falls SHORT. I ordered an italian sub and I would’ve been better off making a sandwich at home. The meat had no flavor what so ever. The locals gave the impression that this place was to die for but it is definitely NOT. Don’t be fooled!

I love mom & pop eatery so I wanted to give it a try. Walking up to the door they had a sign about only accepting cash or CHECKS… really!!! The customer service was great and the bread was fresh and soft. Sadly that’s where the praises end. The meat was flavorless. The toppings were okay, but I didn’t have a say in what was put in. Won’t be visiting this again.

Went there and ordered Italian sub with all the toppings. First bite into it reminded me of Subway. Toppings were fresh, bun was fresh but quality and quantity of meats and cheese is the problem lies. It had two different types of meat on it, ham and salami. The ham was boiled ham(yuck) and the salami was some processed lunch meat. Publix makes a better sub.

I cannot comment on their regular subs but I do like to stop buy for a fresh Cuban sandwich. The bread is always fresh and it does take a few minutes for the staff to put the sandwich together and press it; but for me the wait is worth it.

Ok sandwiches, definitely better options around. Cleanliness is a big factor for me and it’s lacking.

The sandwiches are nowhere near giant. The were smaller than the foot long subs from Subway and the sandwich wasn’t all that great either. They tasted like lunch meat sandwiches and were overpriced. On top of that, they only take cash… an oddity in 2014.

This place is THEBOMB. absolutely perfect mid day break from the beach. Fresh bread baked on site no preservatives. Had the chicken salad, loved it. Nicest staff. F*** subway. Eat here.

A tasty, quick sandwich shop if you are in the area. My Husband swears by their Cuban sandwich. It was ok, their bread is fantastic. Reasonable prices, we’ll be back the next time we’re in the area.

While on Vacation we stumbled on to the place, not far from Siesta Key. It was freakin awesome. I love the staff, very friendly and down to earth, the place was packed with locals in the area including a ton of work vans from the area. It is not a elaborate place to go eat, but if you want a good sandwich for a great price get down here. If you hate subway you will love this place, Fresh Baked bread and a special horseradish sauce. I had the italian, and they have a good assortment of fresh made sandwiches, we bagged it and took to the beach for a great lunch… A++++ if you like the local places… GETSOME… If you agree send a Compliment…
