I love this place! My parents have been renting here for the past 3 years, and we love it. From the outside, compared to some of the neighboring places, it might not look like much; however, the condos are kept in excellent condition(at least the particular units I’ve seen. I’ve seen 4). For amenities, there is a pool, tennis court, and clubhouse. The clubhouse has a pool table, TV, sitting areas, and more. I can’t speak on behalf of the entire association, but our specific unit came fully equipped with a washer/dryer, towels, beach chairs, silverware, pretty much everything you would need. You’re still on the water, but not on the beach; however, you are within walking distance to Crescent Beach-Siesta Key(public entrance by Captain Curt’s), as well as just under a mile from Siesta Key Beach and about two miles from Siesta Key Village. I love the location because you get the best of both worlds. There were days where we would go back to the condo after a morning at the beach, and I would sit on the pier, or stay back at the picnic table and read/watch the boats. It was beautiful. Lots of birds and wildlife too. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer!

Great view of the Intercoastal. Good Fishing Pier. Short walks to lovely SK Beach & plently of dining options within a couple of miles. Nice quiet, friendly complex.

I’m commenting on the complex itself and area, not a particular unit, although E64 is one of the best! Excellent location, right on the bay and across the street(tiny street) from the best beach in the world! I’ve traveled to a lot of places all around and Siesta Key is our favorite beach. The sand is soft like flour and the water always so clean and gorgeous. Definitely a place for families with small kids as well as a nice getaway for a couple.
