Photographer insisted on holding session even though forecast was for rain. After driving an hour in the rain, the session lasted on minutes instead of the 1.5 hrs. 3 poses later and we were completely drenched. Jill promised a reshoot, but later informed me she did not have time in her schedule (although she posted to FB otherwise) She then asked for almost half the session fee for 5 – 6 photos she was able to snap before we got soaked out of the 30 promised. When I told her the cost was unreasonable for what was provided, I was chastised. When I offered a more reasonable amount, I was informed she had deleted our photos. I was totally shocked by the whole experience and very disappointed as I am a photographer myself, and can’t imagine treating any of my clients in this manor.
