Breathe Easy Mold Removal

This company has terrible customer service! Do not contact them if you expect an actual estimate and work to be performed! I am going through a serious mold situation at my house. I had my place rented out until the mold situation occurred, which caused me to have the tenant vacate the premises. Having a vacant home with no tenant, I was eager to get work started ASAP. Breathe easy was contacted at the end of August, 2015 to come out to assess the mold situation. Jenni from their company came out and did provide a report of the issues for which they were paid $ 85. When I called to follow up on the status of the actual estimate, to find out what it would cost for mold remediation and to see when they could get started, I was told it would be sent to me shorty. However, no estimate was ever provided. After several follow up phone calls and emails later to check on the status, I received an email just this past week (October 20^th!) advising they are unable to perform the work or even provide an estimate! So all this time I waited around only to be told they couldn’t perform the job after all? So basically, I paid $ 85 for a report to tell me what I already knew, that I had a mold problem that needed to be addressed! If only I was told from the beginning that they couldn’t do the work — I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money! Yet I’m left paying a mortgage on an empty house that still has a mold issue and no tenant as a result!

I wanted to write a quick review about my experience with Jen and Breath easy. I called from a Sally’s list type site — looking for RV inspectors for mold remediation. Jen was the 2^nd person to give me a call and leave a voicemail message for me. When I called her back it was late on a Friday (that alone was great b/​c you could tell she actually cared about her business). I explained I am moving into an RV full time and was looking at 2 RV’s needed to get someone in there to take a look at what I was moving into. She was willing to block off her ENTIRE THURSDAY to get my 2 RV’s looked at. The fact that she was willing to understand where I was as someone who has experienced breathing issues in the past is amazing. No matter what I would go with this company again, simply b/​c of the level of service I received from Jen.

After months of trying unsuccessfully to pinpoint our mold problems, I called Jenni and she was able to find the source immediately. Remediation was swift and meticulous. Her fees are more than fair. Customer service is top notch. Highly, highly recommended!
