True Texas BBQ! Everything he makes is amazing! I am a weekly visitor to his stand. But you better show up early as he always sells out.

I was Brick’s booth at the Farmer’s Market in Sarasota this morning, not the restaurant, and had the pulled pork sandwich. I would have ordered the beef brisket but they had run out.
The bun wasn’t toasted and was uncooked and not good quality, but the pulled pork was some of the best I’ve had in a long, long time. It wasn’t dry at all and they don’t shred the heck out of it like so many other places do.
I tried the vinegar sauce and the sweet sauce, both excellent.
I’ll go back next week, a little earlier, and try the brisket.
