Chappie’s Carpet & Floors

I have lived in Sarasota and have been working here as an Interior Designer since 1986. I wish I would have met the Chappies «Family» years ago. They have been such a pleasure to work with. From the selection stage all through the installation process. I was looking for leopard carpet for my entry stairs and had looked everywhere in Sarasota. They had the best overall selections of designer carpets as well as the best selection of carpet in general to meet any budget. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated all the time in regard to shipping, delivery and installation. They even called after the job was done to make sure I was happy. Wendy and Christina were so amazing to work with. If they didn’t know an answer they would find out and call back. The man who came to measure took his time to make sure he didn’t over estimate the square footage needed. The installers were prompt and courteous. I have dealt with many local carpet companies in the past but none offered the professionalism and great pricing that I found at Chappies.
