Expectations grew from the student-​oriented study vibe. Compared to my first visit, the second was altogether a disappointment.
Ordered the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich on a plain bagel as well as a side of potato salad. Sandwich was cold, inside and out as it was carelessly created. Wait was slow-​paced and long for a cold sandwich and potato salad I paid for and never had. Did I mention I was the only customer at the time?
Third time is a charm, am I right??? Perhaps there shall be a next time.

What a disappointment. I used to like this place before caribou coffee came in and spent a lot of money to remodel and make changes. The occupant flow of an already small crowded place is much worse. The service is very slow and the staff confused about orders. The bagels seem to still be the same but the new layout and staff have a lot to be desired. Such a shame that what was already working and had a lot of loyal patrons is now dysfunctional and not enjoyable
