**** Beware of incorrect and made up charges on your credit/debit card. **** Do not use them for your U-Haul needs. Go to U-Haul themselves, or another company. Kevin, one of the on site staff does not know how to properly use addition or subtraction. Can’t keep up with the inventory, and rented out truck to another person and charged me for keeping it a week when I kept it only for 2 days. Charged me extra for .89 cents x 290 miles when I drove approximately a total of 5 miles when I had it. When confronted with the issue, Kevin took the ‘coward’ approach and gave me a number(U-Haul district manager) to call him with the $ 660 in overages. Kevin denied doing anything, and initially said he didn’t do anything with the account. When-in-fact, the U-Haul manager said it was him who was in complete control over the account. On a Saturday, Compass took out the money. I had pending bills to pay and had to argue with the credit union and conference call the U-Haul manager in on a 3-way call to get things resolved for the fraudulent charges. A total of 3 hours later, and a cancelled debit card(so they wouldn’t continue to fraudulently charge my account) I got charges reversed. Beware. If you use, please look at your statement when it is all over with. Consumer beware information only. Use due diligence when dealing with these people. Especially Kevin. ***************************************************************************************************************
