Received an initial estimate of $ 950 in house but the sales rep was going to try to get a 10−15% reduction and would call back that day.
No call back.
I call the next morning and he’s out but will call me before 1 PM, calls after 4, I miss it and call back 15 min later and he’s out again but will call me in 20 from the office.
No call back.
Finally the next morning Justin calls, and gives me the final quote which has increased by 42% to $ 1,350 !!!
He wants a call back ASAP so he can place the order…
Seriously avoid a business that lacks ethics in my opinion.
