Dunkin’ Donuts

Came for a little trip, and had to retore my coffee reservoirs on the way.
This Dunkin was the closest. It’s turning on the road and it is on the blue stores on the left. It is cute inside and there is ample seating. The clerks were nice and the coffee was on point. However, their donuts were SO stale! Which is why I deducted one star.

This is just a tip — not a review. Ask for your Double Turbo in the medium cup, not the small cup.
The small cup is too small for the cup holder in your car.

If you want to eat this is not the Dunkin Donuts to go to…
I typically have a good experience when I stop at Dunkin Donuts but not this time.
I stopped for breakfast with my family yesterday at 7:30 am. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a bunch of donuts. The told us they didn’t have anything ready for the breakfast sandwiches except bagels. They said it was because they just opened. Kind of funny that they had been opened for ²¹⁄₂ hours. I ordered a turkey breakfast sandwich on a bagel instead of a croissant. Then they informed me they had no turkey sausage left. For real? How can you run a profitable business when you don’t have the food prepared or on hand.
The also charged me for a breakfast sandwich that we never received. They did refund my money. I was made to feel as if it was my fault that I was trying to order things that they didn’t have prepared.
We left not happy at all. No customer service at all. They could have at least thrown in a couple of free donuts or something. Oh yeah that’s right they actually charged me for an extra donut. That at this point I was so frustrated I didn’t even ask for my money back they just gave me the donut.
The end result is I will not go back to this particular Dunkin Donuts and if I were you I would not go back this one either if you actually want good service and to get what’s on the menu.

I went here today with my Father-​in-​law. I am not a coffee buff, but I do like to frequent Dunkin’ and Starbucks for pastries and fruit drinks.
I had a Chicken salad Croissant that was toasted perfectly with plenty of salad in it. The Dragonfruit spritzer was excellent also. My father-​in-​law had a corn muffin with butter and a café latte and said it was excellent also.
Our hostess was friendly and attentive and the store was clean. The 4 star reason was the music was a bit loud, but that was my only qualm. I would definitely return.

On National Donuts day they ran out off every donut the store sell, very disappointed. Maybe next time
