AMAZING customer service. I had an issue with a pair of leggings here so the owner went out of his way to make sure that i get the same size and style from the company and even though the company doesnt return/​refund, environeers allowed me to exchange them and they’ll pay the cost. I honestly wasnt expecting anything like that! Not to mention the knowledge all of their employees have. They had great reccomendations and ideas. I seriously feel taken care of everytime I go in here even when im dressed in heels and business wear after work they dont act like I dont belong in an outdoors store. the perfect and only camp store in Sarasota!

We have shopped here regularly over the years and were most dismayed to go in after Christmas 2012 — right after the newtown massacre — and find they carry weapons. Not rifles for duck hunting but assault weapons. We won’t be coming back

Been here a few times. Great store for outdoor and camping stuff.
I recently bought three water tight bags for boating, sailing, beach etc. The lady who helped me out was knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to have a good selection of camping/​hiking stuff. I think I’ll be back soon to get one of those camping hammocks.
Locally owned which I always try to support.

The owner has anger issues and has no idea how much lack of compassion can effect a business. I suggest the owner goto this website and try to practice one quote a day and he will find a great difference in his business and life. Here is the first one he should practice for today!

This place is great! We are headed to Montana in July for a hiking trip and needed some boots. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding us great boots and with giving us tips about our trip. GREAT customer service.
