I heard good things about firehouse subs! I ordered the Italian and steak subs. This is truly the worst sub I have ever spent 25.00 for!!! Maybe it is the bee ridge location but, they were horrible. I would by a box sandwich from 7⁄11 before ever ordering from firehouse subs again!!!

A really good sandwich
You are greeted with a «Welcome to Firehouse» when you walk in. I like it. It might be more a company edict and not so much from the heart, but at least it is an acknowledgement they know you arrived and gives the place some personality. My order taker was friendly and I easily placed my order for an Italian sandwich ‘fully involved’. It took about 7 minutes for the sandwich to be ready. It was warm, messy, and delicious, large enough to be plenty of food for lunch yet so good you wished there were a few more bites left when you finish.

Amazing prices!!! You can get chips and a drink for 2.46!!! What an awesome place to go. Its right by my dance studio so sometimes if we have a long rehearsal you go over there.

I have to say I am a huge fan of the sub. Locally we have Jimmy John’s, publix, subway, jersey mikes, hungry howies, and firehouse. Fire house wins hands down, no contest. Best ingredients, staff, service, and drink machine.
Everytime you walk in your greeted with happy faces. George the cashier is polite an direct, he has never made a mistake on my order yet and I have been here 40 plus times.
The general manager rusty is always staying on top of all his employees, making sure nothing is missed or overlooked. He has taken my order and rung me up when it’s busy. Not many in his position are willing to step in when customer service is being effected by the lunch rush.
Out of 10 stars I give them an 11. Serious you won’t be disappointed.

Second time ever at firehouse subs and two of the 4 people working not only know my name but greeted me with extreme enthusiasm. That’s what I call customer service! Crystal is phenomenal. The food is great. Alex is super sweet. And they have the new coca cola fancy machine.

Super friendly staff paired with delicious subs made for a delightful experience at Firehouse subs. Driving around Sarasota for the first time… in the rain… at night, in a desperate search for some food. Luckily stumble across this place and enjoyed the hook ladder sub and the meatball sub which were both tasty. I highly recommend for a quick bite!

Hubs loves Firehouse and so suggested a lunch date today and I was down for it :)
This particular location has a large dining area and easy parking, good points.

I never had Firehouse Subs until I got to this area. Fr sandwich sub chains this is probably one of my favorites. The staff are always accommodating and everything is fresh. It is always my first choice when I am craving a meatball sub. Their meatball subs have to be the best around. The marinara sauce is sweet and the crunch you get from the melted mozzarella is perfect.
