Well, my mother’s day couldn’t have gone any worse. A company cancelled my order entirely so mom was left with nothing. I explained to her what happened, because I didn’t want her to think I forgot her on mother’s day. So I ordered Bobios flowers first thing on Monday. They delivered her bouquet first thing in the morning on Tuesday. My mother – thinking that this was the company I originally used– cursed them out and sent them away for«ripping me off.» Mortified, I begged Bobios to go back and deliver the flowers – not truly understanding if she was just angry with me? Or what. The staff at Bobios was so wonderful. I felt so bad. Ended up in this blow-out fight with mom over it. BUT! The flowers were delivered, and they are gorgeous. My mother(and I!) apologized for the awful mess, rudeness, and inconvenience of it all. But I guess that goes to sum up a mother-daughter relationship at its best. Thank you, Bobios, for making Mother’s Day happen. Better late than never – and I couldn’t be more thankful for the way you handled this outrageous situation!

Goes along with Peter T’s review. They delivered dying flowers to my parents’ home in Sarasota. My parents complained — Bobios said to bring them in, which is ludicrous. My parents took pictures of the dead flowers the next day and emailed them to Bobios… and there was no response. A good business would apologize, issue new flowers, a credit, something. Bobios did nothing. TODAY I was CC’d by Veronica of Bobios on a note she sent to my mother. Veronica was unbelievably rude and sarcastic to my mother. I’m stunned that someone tries to do business this way. Avoid this place.

Received anniversary flowers(at our Sarasota FL home) that our kids sent from this company. Some of the flowers were dead the next morning! When I called, they said I could bring the flowers in and they’d look at them — we live and work nowhere near these folks and this is an unhelpful, uncaring response. Sent a photo of the dead flowers by e-mail to them and have not heard a word. Unfriendly person on the phone, with absolutely no idea of customer service. Have informed our kids and friends through postings and email to avoid them at all costs. There are much better florists in Sarasota. And friendlier.

This place is fantastic! I usually just walk in with no notice and give them a price I want to spend, they make up a bouquet of very fresh flowers, wrap them up in a very presentable manner, and are always generous with whatever price range I give them. Very friendly and knowledgable. I honestly refuse to go to any other florist!

Great choices in flowers. Very friendly people and help you out so much with what you’re trying to get. I went in not really knowing what I was wanting. Gave me great choices for what they could do for me. Friday is also 25% off loose flowers. Give them a price and you get a good amount of beautiful flowers. I do recommend this place to someone who doesn’t know what exactly to get for a person.

Always get great arrangements from this place even when a bit out of the norm like celebrating Bastille Day.

This place is great! Very helpful and generous. :D I wandered in wanting three arrangements in 30 minutes, and they were more than happy to oblige. They were creative, helpful, and nice. And affordable to boot. They even asked me what I’d want to pay. HAH! That’s service.
