I like this Jo-Ann’s, they always have great customer service and are willing to help you look for whatever project materials you need. :-)
I also found great deals at this location. I love to craft and work on projects. This is a great place for supplies.

Typically, I’m a fan of JoAnn Fabrics, I spend hours in there BUT the employees at this location are not as friendly and personable as I’m used to. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I took a roll of fabric to the counter to ask if they had it in another color and the woman’s response was «I wouldn’t know unless I went over there!» She didn’t offer to help me look so I said «So if it I don’t see it over then you don’t have it?» And she responded «Yes!». Zero customer service!!! ZERO! She wasn’t busy, there wasn’t anyone else in line, it wasn’t closing time… she just didn’t want to help me.
Don’t go to this location with any expectations!

Went here with my wife, always good prices, friendly staff. If you are into sewing or craft making, you can’t go wrong with Jo-​Ann. If you buy a Sunday paper, look for coupons or sign up for their email coupons. You will usually get 50% off 1 item.
