had to write my first post online after such a horrible experience. I feel like Kmart and one of its managers Rob, tried to steal from me. Bought a brand new couch and paid for delivery with the only company Kmart uses for delivery. After a nightmare of an experience trying to schedule a time for delivery, the manager, Rob tried to give them a torn damaged couch, when the crew arrived for pick up. It turns out that there was a brand new couch in the store at the time, and the delivery guys lacked enough patience or courtesy to pick up the new one. My recommendations are for Kmart to — Cut ties with the delivery company. their number is 8884780595 — Realize that one of the managers Rob, is either too lazy and incompetent to do his job or lacks appropriate ethics to be in such an industry. I had to get my money back, because I believed that neither Kmart, nor the delivery company deserved it, after such a service. There was a second manager(female with blond hair… didn’t get her name), I got to speak with. She is the only reason I will be coming back to Kmart if I ever do. She as a person definitely earned my respect.
