Had a shellac manicure by Christian. He is very inexperienced for a nice spa like L Spa. I pointed out how the polish was pulling back and missed spots before I left and he gave excuses. This was my second manicure at L Spa and I won’t go back because of my experience with him.
When I went to pay, L spa did not charge me for the shellac manicure. That was very generous considering I didn’t bring it to their attention– they recognized the problem.

My sister and I got mani/pedis the day before my wedding — this place is adorable, super clean (I had not had a pedi in 10+ years because you just can’t trust cleanliness in these places!), and everyone was so professional. I will be back!

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years, minus the 2 I lived in Los Angeles… But I made appointments when I can home on vacation, that’s how much I missed this place. The ladies at the front are so helpful, friendly, and kind… ! And stylish of course :) Karen is my mani-pedi Go To… She’s amazing and I like offer of bubbly or wine when I walk in. The staff is all friendly no matter where you wander. I’ll be seeing Donna for a facial soon and hopefully Kim down the road. I could visit once a week and never be disappointed. Highly recommend it.

L Spa is the best in the «Spa Experience». The staff is customer service oriented and helpful. Specifically, I would like to highlight the talents of Donna Messenger. If you are looking for an expert in the industry– look no further. Her talents have been featured in Harper’s Bazaar among many other magazines. I wouldn’t trust my face with any other individual– especially since I have very sensitive skin. I cannot express enough how talented she truly is. Plus to top it off– she is absolutely delightful to be around. Don’t make the mistake of NOT booking an appointment with her! You will not regret it!

I Love L Spa. The front desk staff are always so helpful and nice. You definitely get what you pay for here. I get my mani/pedis, my brows and facials all the time and try to sneak in a massage about once a month. The staff are always professional, no matter who I see. The rooms are always clean. The skin care and medical (Botox and Fillers) was voted #1. Oh and my favorite part, FREE glass of wine LOL. This is my favorite spa in Sarasota, and I won’t go anywhere else. My friends and family are now regulars here as well. I’d highly recommend.
