Went to LensCrafters to pick up glasses for my wife. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. Located right outside the J. C Penney entrance, they have a wide selection of prescription sunglasses & regular glasses. You can spend an hour in here just trying everything on.

I’ve gone here twice and both times and have been impressed with the whole place. The staff is helpful, honest and friendly!
Another reviewer said the doctor was too serious??? I’m all for levity but from an eye doctor? I have seriously bad vision and the doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough in examining my eyes — just what I needed.
And wow; the engineers in the back have twice now made lenses for me in short order where normally everyone else has had to send my very strong prescription (²⁰⁄₂₀₀ with a very bad astigmatism in one eye!) out to be made offsite.
I’ve been seeing eye doctors and getting glasses and contacts my whole life. I haven’t always thought Lens Crafters was the tops but this one is.

Friendly Staff.
The Doctor was very serious. I was laughing inside at how serious he was. He could loosen up a bit.
Only one complaint. My glasses do not fit in my case! So I have to go back to get a new one. A bit annoying.
