We’ve had terrible service with Loritech. Except for one technician who was there about a year and was fantastic(we know the person quit because of bad management) But we had Lori out to our house twice to address home network issues and had to have someone come undo the damage. And, the customer service is unprofessional.

Do NOT hire this company if you have a Mac. I specifically asked if they were Mac experts and they said yes. I guess if you own an iPhone and iPad you’re an expert. Not only did Lori not eject disks properly(she just yanked the cords out), it didn’t occur to her that many of my shortcuts were associated with those disks. When I asked where they went, she said I don’t know, I didn’t do anything. After much searching(it took me an hour to figure it out after she left). The original problem I had, she could not even attempt and said I was on my own. She did tell me a couple things about my iPone and iPad that I already knew. That will be $ 50 please!

This company sold a 3+year-old wireless router and charged $ 69. for it. Installation @ $ 80. a hour. Within 6 months of installation, the rude owner refused to honor the equipment or the work when the router went«out.» She refused to send a tech unless we were willing to pay the service rate of $ 80. There is no warranty for the products they sell or service they provide. When we called to get support for the router, the owner said we were«barking up the wrong tree.» Finally we were charged tax on the labor fee on the installation, totally inappropriate and, according to Florida state sales tax rules, WRONG.
