Midas / SpeeDee Oil Change

I always dread getting my oil changed. I searched reviews and came across Midas on 12^th and Washington. I decided to try it out and hoped it would go well. I knew I would also be needing new brake pads. I called Saturday to make an appointment and was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the man who answered the phone. I was given an appointment that day. I arrived and was quickly helped. They looked at my car and informed me I would need new brake pads and to recondition the rotor. They told it to me straight and didn’t jerk me around. I got a good deal because they were running a brake pad special. I was out of there in an hour and a half. I even went back today (Monday) to have the cabin air filter put in since mine needed replacing. They asked me to come back so they could take care of it.
I am so impressed by the staff and the work they did for me. I will definitely come back here knowing I can trust them. They remember their customers’ names and it felt very family friendly. Unfortunately, as a young woman, it is always difficult to find auto service places I can trust but I had no problem at this Midas! Thank you to Bill and everyone else there.
