Stayed in Firethorn 323 and was very disappointed with the unit. The recliner was so old that the leatherette was all worn off in places. Dining room table was an old patio set that had only three chairs and was so wobbly that it could not be used. Plastic grocery bags are shoved into the gaps between the screened porch and the building in order to keep out bugs. It is a shame since overall the complex is great. Right on beach and an excellent staff, especially the guy at the beach.
Unfortunately, it looks like they do not enforce any minimum standards on their owners, so I will not be renting here again.

Staying in 446… unit is nice with a nice view, however, the a/​c doesn’t cool it well enough. ESPECIALLY the master bedroom. Also, for a place that sleeps 6 you get 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Lots of towels and sheets though.

Second time dealing with a midnight Cove and both times were wonderful experiences. We had a problem with the dryer in our unit and they showed up to fix it within 30 minutes. Both units were beautiful, clean and very convenient to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

What a Joke — we have a signed contract; credit card charge and 9 days before we leave the owner cancelled our reservation — according to KELLY — the owner wants to use the unit. Don’t waste your time on UNIT 442. We have rented from this association for over 10 years. They could care less for you — go somewhere else. A tent on the beach will give you better service.
