Miracle Eyebrows

Really good store. nice people and knows what their doing. really good service, I went to other stores they weren’t that good as this store.

Waited at the booth for 15 mins and no one came to help, there was also no sign up saying when the employee would get back. Don’t waste your time

I spotted this place while shopping at Westfield a couple days ago but I didn’t stop because no one was there when I passed. I wanted to check it out because A. Lys (the place I love) is never open (during their posted business hours & no one returns my calls… I’ll be updating that review as soon as I finish this).
So when I arrived at Miracle Eyebrow again no one was available to service me. I was waiting for about 5 minutes before I asked a custodian were they open & she said «I don’t know maybe she’s in the bathroom». So I waited about another 10 minutes and a friendly woman walked up getting off her cellphone and says «sorry». She does my eyebrows, I pay the $ 14 (which is non-​refundable), & I left with uneven eyebrows. I told her before she started that I wanted my eyebrows to stay as thick as possible & she replied «Yes, you just want them cleaned up a little, right?» Yet, my left eyebrow looks amazing & the right is nearly nonexistent, looks nothing like the left.
I’m not pleased at all & have come to the conclusion that there is no one in the Bradenton-​Sarasota area who is willing to offer great customer service & thread nicely. After my right eyebrow grows back I guess I’d better learn how to do my own.

There are two women that work here. One is very good and one basically removes your entire eyebrows and leaves them uneven with no warning. I wanted my eyebrows just touched up and she completely destroyed them with no instruction decided to cut them in half. Total lunatic. Stay away. I have had my eyebrows done a million times and no one has every butchered them like this.

I wish I had read the first review before I went here. I thought since it was in a nice mall they would do a nice job. I thought wrong. I told the woman I have been growing my eyebrows out for the past year because I want them to be thicker and only wanted them shaped. She plucked them until they were pencil thin. They didn’t even have a nice shape to them. I am horrified. Be warned.

If I could give them no stars I would, honestly. I love to get my brows threaded and being in a shopping rush during the holidays, I was thrilled to see this threading station in the Southgate mall. Unfortunately, my brows came out uneven and my right brow was almost completely gone. I am a stickler for nice eyebrows (especially after trying to pluck them myself in the 6^th grade) and I was honestly embarrassed and didn’t want to be seen (I had to draw them on) for the holidays. DO NOT GOT HERE!

I only gave it 3 stars b/​c I found it to be really pricey. They charge $ 14 to thread your eyebrows. Most places charge between $ 8-​$ 10.
They do henna tattoos, but did not get any done.
I’d def. go back; just wish they’d lower the price a little bit. It would drive more people into the place.
