I wish there was a negative star. If you do not want your property managed, use this company. When the owner’s dad had it, it was well run. Now that Jennifer Herman is the owner, beware and be very afraid if she manages your property. They are incompetent, unresponsive, and thieves. If they currently manage your property, listen to someone who trusted them until some very questionable activities occurred, drop them like a cheap habit.

one of THE worst management companies i have ever worked with. they sell you all the things they do, but in the end FAIL to do any of it. collecting the rent on time, if the tenant doesn’t pay they NEVER tell you, and only chase the tenant after you ask them to. once they get the rent, they keep the late fee and still hold on to your rent until they feel like depositing it to you… which might be the next payment run which could be a month out.
their communication and proactiveness was one of the worst i’ve ever seen in this business. i had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Bonnie Bissett — alot of talk about the service, but failed to deliver. one quote from her was ‘i have other units i have to deal with’ !!!
pretty much says it all!
